I have used Conga Composer as an end-user and a Salesforce Admin for years. This tool is not only a document generation tool, but it is a suite of tools that allow you to improve your business processes while creating beautiful documents.

This tool allows you to create email templates, word docs, pdfs, html, powerpoint and more. If the data is in SF, you can merge it.

What is even better about this tool is the support. I one time had an issue and the first person couldn't solve it. So I was transferred to the next operator who couldn't solve it. Then I was transferred to the third user who couldn't solve it right away....so, what happened? All three techs jumped on a conference call with me and were on the phone with me until my issue was solved.

Great conference and products. Highly recomend.

We have been using Conga Contracts for almost 3 years. We had a very smooth implementation and have continued to enhance our use of the system over time. The people at Conga are great. Very "customer first" focused. Conga is growing rapidly and is expanding their suite of services just as rapidly. Great solution for those who need basic contract repository tool as well as for those who require much more complexity in their contract lifecycle management.

Novatus has allowed our contract team to seamlessly receive contract requests and process contracts efficiently.

Conga Contracts/Novatus has been a life saver for our Contracts & procurement group in maintaining our files in such a way that all who should have access can easily gain access. we are continuously improving how we roll out the product within the organization and find it easier and easier with all of the new tools that are being released.

We use Novatus for our Contract Management needs and it serves our purpose pretty neat. We have the ability to create forms as required, create templates, edit the templates with ease, easy to integrate with other apps like Salesforce, docusign thereby making experience seamless.

Conga Composer allows for easy standardization of documents to be able to easily executed and accessed by a field sales organization. Standards are able to be included in the templates allowing sales reps to concentrate on selling, not having to worry about including company standards.

Conga has been a giant step in the right direction for our document and lease/contract generation for salesforce. Highly recommend!

Conga Composer has helped us encourage users to utilize Salesforce by allowing us to save them time editing and formatting data for their clients time and time again. The options are easily translatable and allow us to take advantage of the features initially Office products through Salesforce.

Conga has been really great! It has changed a 3-hour process to 30-min process for a lot of internal users. Though it was hard to learn how to create the templates in the beginning, with the online & in-person help, I was able to quickly learn and make templates with little help.
