In 1995, I tried to move to Brazil using this company. I don’t know if it’s still the same owner, but at the time, the owner was named Carlos Kleber. I paid this man the equivalent of \$8,000 for storage over just six months. At the end of those six months, he charged me another \$5,000 to ship my belongings. In short, my belongings never arrived at my home—I lost everything: photos, computer, furniture, and even my wedding album, not to mention my clothes and office supplies. In the end, I lost everything. Be very careful when using this company.

Worst moving company ever. Moved from US to Brazil and my things came back wet! The truck that parked in front of my house was dripping water. Everything ruined and they said nothing. Planned the move for 2 years. The arrival of the moving truck on moving date was not date confirmed, they ignored all my concerns, and my things arrived with mold everywhere and completely wet. Not trustworthy at all. Everything arrived 2 days before Christmas and my kids were crying that ALL THEIR TOYS WERE RUINED, wet and Black from mold since the container had holes and they said it was “not their responsibility”. So why did I hire them? To ruin all our things.

Worst experience, they do not accomplish what is in the quote.
damages on the goods, service not completed, they always come with extra costs.
After the moving, there is no closing of the job.
For sure there are better companies.

Após pesquisar muito diversas empresas de mudanças, optei pela CONFIANÇA. A escolha não poderia ter sido melhor. Fui muito bem atendido pelo Ricardo, do escritório da Florida; a equipe que embalou tudo no apto, chefiada pelo Fausto, foi impecável e o Paulo, que fez a entrega em NYC, também. Ou seja, minha mudança foi muito bem embalada (nada se quebrou ....e vejam que tínhamos uma quantidade razoável de louças, copos, taças e objetos frágeis), chegou no prazo estipulado e foi entregue de forma rápida e eficiente. Quanto ao preço: bom e justo. Ou seja, só tenho a recomendar esta empresa. Aos brasileiros tenho a dizer: só contratem ela, porque foi a única que me forneceu pessoal que fala português e que entende como nossas mudanças são no Brasil (ou seja, que nós não fazemos mudanças nos ombros...nós contratamos uma empresa para fazer para nós). Obrigado por tudo equipe CONFIANÇA.

After researching many different companies of change, I opted for CONFIANÇA MOVING. The choice could not have been better. I was treated very well by Ricardo from the Florida Office; the Fausto’s staff packed everything in the apartment and was perfect and the Paulo who did the delivery in NYC too. My move was very well packaged (nothing broke ... and see that we had a reasonable amount of china, glasses, crystals and fragile objects), arrived on time and was delivered quickly and efficiently. As for the price: good and fair. That is, I only have to recommend this company. To the brazilians I have to say: just hire this company, because they was the only one who gave me portuguese speaking staff and who understands how our move in Brazil (we do not make changes in the “shoulders” ... we hire a company to do for us). Thanks all CONFIANÇA’S staff.

Uma empresa que cumpriu tudo o que prometeu. E ate fez mais do que isso. Confesso que estava receoso de contratar um servico desta magnitude, mas posso garantir que a tua experiencia vai ser de uma tranquilidade sem par.\

I was closing up my brothers apartment due to an illness. I am from out of town and contracted with them long distance. I flew to Miami for the day and monitored the packing. They were very professional and put everything into storage from soup to nuts. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

A team was sent where only 1 had power for the service. The other two, were older and kept coordinating the one who carried all the furniture and boxes. So, it took too long, getting expensive and taking too much of my time.

All our box came on time and safe although one item was missing. We bought a brand new Samsung bluray, 3D and when we opened the box, we saw an old, broken and not even the same model bluray in the box! I've called to Leticia Debas to know what happened but until this moment I DO NOT have any answer! Please, just contact me to know what is going on.

Wonderful experience! No complains at all. I´d surelly recommend your service. Mr Thiago Reis and Ms Leticia Debas, with their warmth and competence, gave us all assurance we needed during the whole the process.
