My experience with confetti unfortunately hasn’t been great. I was offered a 3 month free trial, unfortunately couldn’t work out how to do anything I’m not at all tech savvy, never logged in and then due to upsetting personal reasons I forgot all about it, Then bam 3 months later I received a huge bill for a years advertising, rang up that day, left a message, rang endlessly finally got through after 3pm. Explained everything and said it’s my fault, but due to the situation and my circumstances please would they cancel the bill and i obviously wouldn’t advertise and they could see that I never even used the advertising in the first instance as I found it so hard to navigate. But no they told me I had to pay straight away, which I have. I said I would do a review to explain my circumstances and to make people aware of the situation and if you are offered a free trial either, don’t take it or make sure that you definitely cancel it unlike myself, who has been so stressed and has had a legitimate reason for the stress which I said I could prove to them. So I’m really disappointed with the companies attitude towards myself in this situation.. and what made me more upset, was the fact the lady on the telephone repeatedly asked me not to do a review, which I find absurd in my circumstances. So I cannot actually review the app as I have never used it and the lack of customer care just makes me never want to advertise with this company again, so I told the lady on the telephone that I will not be advertising with them next year and to make it very clear now, however it’s not that easy not to advertise with them. You have to have an opt out code and click the link and make sure you opt out of any further advertising with them so my advice to everybody is to make sure that you actually get all details correct with this company as there is definitely no customer care or compassion .
