Quick but quality service. The customer service was beyond what I expected and will 100% be using Conference Bags again.

The personable service really is what made it for me, the team worked harder than expected to produce a quality end result.

Ordered some A4 Prestbury Folders which required logos placed on the front cover. Excellent prompt service by very helpful staff. Would use this company again.

Fabulous service from design, ordering and receiving of goods. Phil in sales was most helpful sending out two different samples for me to choose from. Order arrived promptly and also really happy that I have been asked how we are getting on with our product. Highly recommend.

I ordered some conference bags at short notice and Bown Enterprises Ltd delivered the bags earlier than they were due and the quality of both the bag and the printing was excellent. I would highly recommend them!

I placed a last minute order which you dealt with very efficiently. The bags arrived on time and they look great!

I received my bags on time for my event and they are really good quality! I ordered quite in a rush, they had not much time to produce, but they have delivered as promised. Also they sent me a notebook as a gift, it was really kind! They will be definitely my first choice next time!

We run a Cardiothoracic surgery course conference and needed conference bags and pens. Right from the start, Phil and Alison have been excellent to work with providing fantastic feedback through the process to ensure colour, placement, delivery was all done Wonderfully. Lots of followup calls and emails. Truly fantastic prices. I rang a few companies to get quotes before hand, but none matched the level of customer care from this company. I would highly recommended this company to anyone out there.

They made some lanyards in a custom colour with printing on both sides for us. They look great. Very pleased.

Great Job. Delivered on time. Friendly support.
