you sent it royal mail, they are completely useless, i still haven't got them, now i have to go and pick them up when i can get to the stupid post office that shuts before i finish work, will shop elsewhere in future, do you customers a favour a use a different postal service.

We are slightly confused, because we do offer delivery services from various companies on our website (not just Royal Mail), but you specifically chose and paid for the "Royal Mail 48 Tracked (Fully tracked with email updates)" service on checkout. If you did not want delivery with Royal Mail, why did you select and pay for this service on checkout?
