I had an amazing experience with this apartment. It’s spotlessly clean and everything inside is brand new. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials—plates, glasses, knives, a wine opener, you name it. The entire building is newly constructed and the location is fantastic—super close to the city center with easy access to the underground and trains. Overall, it’s a super convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Our stay in Manhattan Pad in Elephant & Castle has been excellent. We have felt at home. The flat is really modern, spacious and equipped. The view is spectacular.
The location is very close to the station making it incredibly convenient to travel across London.
The hosts and administrative staff have been very attentive during our stay.
Without a doubt, I would stay here every time I come to London and would recommend it to everyone I know.

The Manhattan Pad flats
The Manhattan Pad flats managed by Condokeepers were a nice place to stay during our trip to London in December 2025. They were very clean and well equipped, with a very nice views of London as we were at the 17th floor. The location, just a few blocks from the Elephant and Castle Underground station, was very convenient for our travels throughout London.

No hot water and lie about refunding
The apartment we were in had no hot water or heating. Company were informed, we were told it was a building wide issue. We still had no hot water day 4 when we left. No attempt was made to relocate us or offer us an immediate refund. We couldn't wash for 3 days had to cancel some plans as we felt to grubby. After departure we were offered only a 30% refund as according to them we had enjoyed the property. We had messaged them non stop they were slow to act with replies. Not at all what you would expect. However after lots of communication a suitable refund was given. Sometimes things go wrong, but can then be rectified adequately.
Well what can I say, after offering a refund they never paid it. Don't make the mistake of trusting this company ..further to your reply... It may have been resolved on the final day, but not before our check out, you were not quick with responses and never initiated an up date. As you are also well aware the amount agreed has still not been refunded. Check with booking.com

We understand that an issue affected your stay, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused. However, we would like to clarify that we remained responsive throughout, treated your concerns with care, and worked to address the situation as quickly as possible. The issue was resolved on the final day of your stay.
A refund was offered as part of this process, and this was subsequently settled and confirmed. We have also verified this directly with Booking.com. It is therefore both incorrect and defamatory to state that no refund was provided.
We kindly ask that all public statements reflect the accurate outcome of this matter. We remain committed to supporting our guests and resolving any issues in a fair and reasonable manner.
Excellent stay
The flat was superb, clean and really accessible for my elderly relatives. We had a great time visiting London. On our departure I realised I left quite a lot of clothes at one of the wardrobes. I messaged the customer services team and they arranged for the domestic lovely lady to hand them to me few days later. She did so with a smile and made me feel appreciated and valued as customer. Thank you so much we will Definetely repeat!

Great Experience
The appartment is in a great and safe location, it is very modern on the inside with updated technology. It is very spacious and perfect for a family of 4-5. Whenever we needed additional services/ help their responses were rapid and effective meaning their team was really good. Generally the whole appartment was clean and sanitized to a large extent. For any future stays in London, I’ll be aiming to book this same appartment due to the satisfaction it brought me. I highly recommend it.

Great value and good location
We were very pleased with our experience at 62-66 Farrington. The location was handy. Great transportation links and walkable to many attractions, stores and restaurants. Although certain aspects of our condo were a bit dated, it was very spacious, with lots of room for our family of 4.

Exceptional Stay in London
We stayed here for two nights. The apartment was immaculately clean, modern, and well-furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants.
The combination of excellent accommodation, prime location, and top-notch service made my visit truly memorable. I look forward to booking with them again on my next trip to London.
