Rude, arrogant driver

Had new window fitted this morning seals aren't in place properly cowboy jog he did even check it over before he left ive had to phone housing association to get someone out next week to sort the seals ridiculous

Done research into their MISTED glass BOTCHED work and the same reviews on TRUSTPILOT backs my thoughts, DOES NOT WORK, a person who came this morning says the same.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, or get ripped off.

My housing association arranged for this company to come and replace blown glazing panels.
The first guy who came to measure the windows inside property was polite and pleasant.
The rest have been rude, arrogant staff who either don’t turn up at stated time/at all or who call you a liar.
Complaints made to customer service with no resolve.
Avoid! They certainly won’t be attending my property again thats for sure.

If you looking to waste your time and have the worst customer service then deal with this company...

I would leave no stars if I could!
Door to door salesman came and I gave them my number . They rang after I told them my husband had other renovations he wanted to attend to before having any windows fitted. They ring persistently with a with held number. Twice this week already! Even though I’ve told them numerous times I wouldn’t buy from them as I deem it harassment.! Avoid at all costs!! I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole! Latest call today. I’m going to report this company

I’ve been waiting over 5 weeks for my window and been let down 3 times 👍

Absolutely disgusting company. Not only did they fail to attend on numerous occasions but also then bodged my patio door. I then complained to my housing association for them to contact them and they blatantly lied stating they was unable to gain access to my property. Well I have proof you lied as I have ring camera footage. How dare you call me a liar.

We didn’t want new window frames as they were fine, but we did want replaced double glazed glass. Neil came out talked to us about our windows measured up and kept us informed about when he would be coming to fit the replaced units. He came back when he said he would and fitted them without any problem. We would recommend this company.

Had an appointment booked today for measuring up, between 9 and 12,couldnt even make it with a 3 hour window, No message, When telephoned the reply was he was held up on another Job, Not really very profesional, Poor planning all round,

I’ve used CCWW before and been happy with their service. I’ve used them recently and had ann unsatisfactory experience. Initially, the solution used didn’t work in removing the condensation, so I proceeded with having the window replaced. CCWW have now been out three times to take the measurements for my standard, medium sized window and they still haven’t got it right. It shouldn’t be difficult for a firm that specialises in glass window replacements to accurately measure a rectangle and then have the window produced. I’m persevering for one last attempt and hope that they can get it right.

They come to your home telling you absolute b******* saying there method of clearing condensation in-between glass on pvc windows works.
They even say the condensation will go in six weeks. WELL HERE IS THE TRUE FACTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY NOTHING THEY DO WILL GET RID OF CONDENSATION EXCEPT REPLACING THE GLASS

Absolutely useless. Waited 6 months for them to replace my glass not to mention the already failed repair. After 6 months of them coming out to measure the glass several times they told me it was too big to carry upstairs... I measured my window as I wanted to see if it would fit up my stairs. Guess what it did.... Don't waste your time or effort with this company, even aster housing have now contacted a different firm to do my repairs.. I'd like to mention in previous years I've never once been satisfied with this company. Hopefully aster won't use them any more.

I have just had my patio and drive cleaned and I was very impressed. Paul doesnt cut any corners and does a very efficient job and leaves everything tidy! I have used him to clean the interior conservatory also and will
most certainly be using him again, thank you Paul,,,

The company was appointed by our lease provider to replace the glass in our windows.
Is been 4 months now since the issue with the windows, 4 failed attemps and still not done. We are left with wrong size of the glass hanging inside the windows and the cancelled another atempt to fix them. The worst service and customer service ever. Avoid at all cost!!!!
