Customer service is poor I ordered the product from amazon got my order in two day so with my decoy packs I decided to use the website now it has been two week and I still have not received my package talked to the representative one day they said my package was about to be shipped wait for email no email for two days so I chat with representatives again this time the say it’s a delay in process

Lies after lies
As many of the other reviews have stated, the customer service of this company is appalling. I think that everyone has allowances for covid-19 delays but there is unfortunately no excuse for lies from the customer service department. I was told numerous times ‘it will be shipped next week’ and this never materialised. I have now finally received my order 4 weeks after ordering a 3 day product. As you can see from other reviews, there is no allowances from this company. No refunds as stated in their t&c but this is just unacceptable when a service can not be provided. Covid-19 or not.
They will no doubt apologise that the service was not up to it’s normal standard. Unfortunately there is no excuse for lying to customers.

When I placed my order it said that my package will be delivered within 1-3 business day’s which was fine with me. Four weeks had passed and I didn’t receive my package and by the end of that week I had moved I asked a customer service person if I could get my package delivered to my new address and they told me no I asked to cancel my order because I hadn’t received my package when it said it will be delivered and I was moving they told me no so basically I wasted $80.00 and never received my package

6 week delay...customer service was great!
Unfortunately there was a 6 week delay on my order... I checked in with custom service every few weeks to get status updates. All representatives were very quick to reply, which I appreciated. Other than the 6 week delay, I had not issues. :)

It took two months to receive my order
It took two months to receive my order! I understand there might be a delay because of COVID-19, but NO other site that I have ordered from has taken this long. On top of that, I tried contacting them to cancel my order, but they wouldn’t do it! The only time they reached out to me was when I contacted PayPal to get a refund. First and definitely my LAST time ordering through these people.
