Testing experience with ComReg staff
I had a testing experience with ComReg recently. They were meant to help me navigate an ongoing nightmare with Virgin Media. I didn't appreciate Kaleb's impatient and over powering interaction style who instead on his narrative for the reason I was over charged. He was wrong. And another member didn't have the courtesy to call me back when the call dropped. Not good enough guys! There needs to be some consequences in order to turn this kind of behaviour around.
