We were born out of the necessity to enable companies to dispose of their redundant IT equipment without worrying about data security, following the WEEE Directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) and the service costing the earth. Allowing you to concentrate on what you do best. We have no hidden costs, we are free. That doesn’t mean we cut corners, it means we reuse and recycle as much as possible to maximise our revenue (our business model was built on it). We aim to collect your equipment within 3 working days, if not sooner.

Fabulous company
Fabulous company to work with from start to finish. They are professional, prompt, polite and communication is excellent. Would not hesitate to use them again for IT disposal. Dwain was our collection driver and he was incredibly helpful, polite and on time. Perfect service all round.

Will definitely use again!
Such a stress-free process from booking to collection.
Dealt with Mel Green during the booking stage and then Oscar for the collection.
I was booked in for 9:15, Oscar turned up at that exact time and collected about 20 switches, 4 heavy UPSs, a 50" TV and 2 heavy printers.
All loaded up within 5 minutes!

On-time, efficient and friendly
We've used CDE multiple times, with various friendly staff attending the collection
Most recently we had the pleasure of meeting Oscar, who was efficent reliable in his work, and showed gratitude for any help we offered in regards to loading his van.
CDE is always friendly, quick to respond and on-time - never shying away from a collection no matter how big

Professional service!
I regularly use CDE now for all our ewaste collections. Their online portal makes it easy to record the equipment for collection which is then followed up by CDE with an email to confirm a collection date. Once collected, they then follow this up again a few days later with an Asset Register, Data Destruction certificate and a Waste Transfer note. Very professional! My thanks to Oscar today for his prompt arrival and collection.

I made the call on the 27th if they could fit me in as I'm only a couple of miles away, the obsolete equipment was collected by 12 pm the following day by the helpful and optimistic Nick who hopefully dodged the rain on his way back! Packed in half a van within 15 mins 🥳

A really easy and positive experience with CDE
I have had a great experience start to finish with CDE who arranged a collection of unused tech from our company. Mel the customer account manager was very responsive and accommodating when setting a date and Dwain the driver was friendly and helpfully explained the process of disposal when he came for the collection.

I met Dwain at the collection location…
I met Dwain at the collection location on time. He was courteous and friendly and we worked together well to get the kit from the location to be booked in and into the van. Quick and efficient. My fourth pick-up from CDE. Never a problem, the collection paperwork is in your mailbox straight away and secure wipe paperwork follows quickly after it has been processed. Excellent service and easy to deal with.
