Over the last 7 years we have repaired thousands of computers, recovered petabytes of data and provided IT Support to hundreds of SME’s in Central London. We have partnered up with several established IT vendors and we are always able to advise on the best solution for each IT problem. We offer a free diagnosis for all equipment repairs and data recovery cases that come through our offices and we offer a free first consultation for all our business IT Support clients.Our working hours are between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. Computer Being are such a brilliant service. They are incredibly communicative, attentive and hard-working. I've used them twice and they've helped me so much each time. Would recommend a million times over.
I have used Computer Being two times. First time, they were able to retrieve my data from a 10 plus year old computer. Second time was an error on my part, and they did not even charge me for it. They are experts, quick and have excellent customer service. Very professional. They contacted me to update me on the issue quickly. Offices clean with hand sanitizer and sanitised pens available. Location easy to find and accessible by both train and bus. I highly recommend this company. Both my experiences with them have been optimum.
They were open during the lockdown on a Saturday and were fast to resolve the issue with my gaming pc at a reasonable cost. They know what they are doing and give valuable advice.
Accidentally spilled coffee on my Lenovo Yoga and it would not turn on anymore. My first thought was that it was gone forever and wanted to recover my files. To my suprise not only were they able to do that but they repaired my laptop within a week at a very reasonable price!
