LG TR3DK Interactive Flat Panel is the worst product you can ever buy... Lost my money in this waste product...

Reasons...

1. After updating the NOTE application, the pen is not working properly... It changes the colour of the pen automatically... And now it is not writing sometimes...

2. It has Bluetooth, but you cannot share any file through it. (You cannot share any file from LG IF Panel to your Phone or Computer)

3. Browser is very slow and laggy.

4. Video playing on YOUTUBE is not smooth at all and buffers most of the time in low resolution also with good internet speed...

5. Even if you play video by downloading or connecting pen drive, then also video is not running smoothly...
#LGTR3DK is not for content watching... 1080p videos are also not running smoothly...

6. Wifi works fine with 2.4gzh (45-50 Mbps) but it seems it doesn't support 5ghz... (Gives only 10 Mbps speed, when checked in phone speed was 70-80 Mbps) in 50 Mbps speed plan...

7. While Screen recording, you cannot record your voice while teaching or explaining anything... Because there is no 3.5mm jack port...

8. Screen recorded Video is also not clear even in 1080p...

9. There is no Playstore, you cannot download or install apps on this LG IFP

10. Office Suite software is completely useless... Lags very much... Can't do anything on it...

Visited their store, there they had only one IFP to display i.e Hikvision... I asked about LG Flat Panel, so they told me that it has gone somewhere for a demo.... But they have opened new box to give a demo, that part was good, but while using the product, we faced NOTE application related issues which I have mentioned above... I told him this issue, so he told me that there is an update pending in new models (I was there at that time, but then I left), He updated the model and showed me via Video Call. And told me everything is perfect now...

But before purchasing, I asked them whether they can again give me demo of updated model, so he told me that it is not possible to again open and show the model... But he assured me that there is no problem after updating. So,I trusted them and purchased the model... But when model arrived at my place and when I have updated the model, I am facing all these above mentioned issues now.... I told him all these issues about the product, but issues have not been resolved uptill now... Representative from LG also visited to check, one month ago but no actions have been taken so far, it has been 2 months now...

Lost Trust from LG BRAND, and what do I say about Computer Baba (Pinakeen - ICIS Computers)...

To Conclude, I must say that IFP of LG is completely 'Shit' product. And the people who sold it, seems not interested in after sales service... Sometimes it feels that they have sold Second hand Product...
