Emailed this store for support on a laptop repair, and set up a time to go in and see them regarding a repair.
The computer in question was quite heavy, and their store is quite a long distance from Jane subway.
I walked in and stood there while some guy chatted to a customer on the phone. He made no attempt to acknowledge my arrival or let me know he would be with me anytime soon.
It was rude, disrespectful and indicative of a generation lacking in proper business etiquette.
Needless to say, I left after 5 minutes. I was fortunate enough to have the issue repaired for free by the manufacturer.
As for computations ltd. Never again.

Our company was having issues with our WiFi, we contacted Computation and they sent a technician within a couple hours of our request. The technician they sent (John, I believe) was very professional and worked quickly and quietly, resolving our WiFi problems in short time and without any disruptions to the office. 10/10 highly recommended.
