We are really pleased with our beautiful shutters that complete our front room and bedroom. I got a few quotes for shutters and found that Dan’s was the cheapest by quite a bit for hardwood.
We had to delay the fitting of our shutters by a couple of weeks as my daughter became unwell, but I found Complete shutters very flexible on this.
There was a very small chip on one of the shutters when it was fitted, but the guys popped around quickly and fixed this for me, which I was happy with. Overall, very good value and a great service.

Professional job from start to finish. Beautiful finish well worth the money spent.

Returning customer to Complete Shutters. We first used the company In 2015 and recently as we moved to Warwickshire. Dan was happy to come up and give us quote. There were a few teething problems due to brexit and the backlog in British ports. This caused a delay to us getting our blinds fitted, but Dan kept us as informed as he could but would have been nice to have a bit more communication.

As soon as the blinds were in, we got a date for fitting and the fitting went smoothly. There were a couple of blinds that needed reordering but Dan got on it right away and his team talked us through how to fit the blinds ourselves (which was really easy).

Overall we had a good experience with Complete Shutters and I’d definitely use them again and recommend. Always good to help small businesses especially during these times!!

What can I say... great service from start to finish!! Dan and his team was very helpful with everything. Kept me in the loop about arrival times of my shutters and when they where gonna be fitted. On the day of fitting Dave came he was polite and very helpful with the questions we put to him. An overall great experience and would recommend them to my friends and family and who ever else was interested in shutter blinds!

Right from the beginning we received great advice and personal service from Daniel. We had about a month delay in the fitting, mainly due to Brexit and Covid related delays on the shutters, but we were consistantly kept updated by Daniel personally or by Pippa on email, which was reasuring and alleviated any unnecessary stress.
As soon as the shutters were received the installation date was confirmed. The shutters were fitted by Dave and Mitchell, who done a fantastic job, working a very long day to get the job done to a very high standard! There were 5 windows including 2 large bays and the finished product looks awesome. 👌 Great local company providing the personal touch and a high quality finished product. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love our new shutters! It has transformed our house. From start to end Daniel and Pippa were in contact with us with delivery and fitting dates, especially with Covid delays are expected. Daniel came and measured quickly and came with samples, listened to what we wanted and also gave suggestions.
The fitters were friendly and polite in their mannerism. They left us no mess and all the packaging was taken away - a bonus.
We are extremely greatful to Complete Shutters and highly recommend them and will use them again without any hesitation. Thank you guys and happy new year.

Beware ! No products, full deposit still not received, now seeking legal advice. Complete Shutters accepted our order in December 2019, plus a large deposit. Due to delays with Corona Virus, we were very understanding and flexible with the non-delivery of our shutters and blinds order. We really wanted to support a small local business and left our deposit with them. However, over the Summer and after cancelling several bogus appointments to fit the product, we requested our full deposit back. Complete Shutters have now been continuously lied to and misled us over the past 5 months. We have still not yet received our full deposit back. Complete Shutters promised us, on three occasions, our remaining deposit back before Christmas. We never received the money, that has been over a year now. We found the whole experience really stressful and upsetting. We are now seeking legal advise, as we are sick of chasing this company. I would hate anyone to have a similar experience, so I strongly advise you not to place an order with this company. In summary: Appalling customer service and not to be trusted, from an unhappy, annoyed and out of pocket customer. If this review is taken down by the company - I will produce detailed evidence of proof of our experience

My wife and I did a fair bit of shopping around for the ideal shutters ‘made to measure’ around our home and had several companies visit and demo there products. We chose ‘Complete Shutters’ based upon the 1st class demonstration of their product range and sheer professionalism and customer service experience that we received from sales representative ‘Daniel’.

However, what really cliched the deal for us to proceed with using ‘Complete Shutters’ was their price and also based on the fact that they provide free complimentary temporary blinds for use whilst the shutters are made to measure.
This came in extremely handy indeed as we were having new windows fitted also.

On the day of installation, Dave and the fitters arrived early as scheduled and did a remarkable job with the install. Not to mention being very considerate in taking all packaging and waste materials with them, despite the fact that I had a large skip sitting on my driveway for use on other project.

So to summarize l, my wife and I are very happy indeed with our new quality Pelonia range shutters.

I’ve used these guys twice now and will always recommend. Great service and great blinds. My in-laws recently had blinds fitted and they too were extremely happy.

Awful. Parted with a huge deposit and no shutters. Ordered our shutters (for 6 windows) in March, a huge deposit was taken via what’s app and as yet no shutters fitted (after many many failed attempts of contact and chasing on our part!)
Reading other reviews we are not alone it seems.
UPDATE: Due to deliver them today in person after suggesting we fit them
ourselves just to get some sort of closure. Guess what, no show. And no communication. Just awful service .

This is my second instalment with Danny and his team and once again I am over the moon! I am a very fussy women and I drive them mad, but once again the quality of product and workmanship is amazing, I will be brace for the extension as soon as it’s finished. Thanks again guys you are amazing!!
