Deception, AVOID!
Absolute scam, I signed up thinking it was just to get cash back through toolstation, I was paying £18 per month without realising, when I realised I tried to claim some cash back to recoup some sosts back and they made it difficult to get the cash back wanting all kinds of proof of purchased uploaded to them, even though they had my toolstation purchase history of thousands of pounds that I spend regularly per month through my plumbing business. Please AVOID this company as it is not what you expect, especially associated with toolstation.
I know this is legal what they are doing and isn't a pure scam, but imo it is a scam, in that it is deceptive and sold as a rewards scheme but you put sign up and thinking you will at least get what you put in, if you don't then it's a waste of money and what's the point?
The hoops you need to jump through to get anything back is not worth it. It's very misleading, the small print mat tell you exactly what's what, who's got time to trawl through small print? And that's how they get you in.

Completesaverage.co.uk is a scams site!!! I don't remember having anything to do with them but money is been taking from my credit card!??
When I contacted for refund of the money!next day they taken 2 x £18 same day!!! Bank says to contact Completesave.co.uk but no response from them yet!!

Ask for a refund if you've been caught out
I unwittingly signed up to this when I bought a Railcard.
I realised I couple of weeks ago that I've been paying them £18/month for over 2 years, amounting to over £460.
I sent them an email complaining and asking for a refund as I'd never used the service and they gave me a full refund. Definitely worth asking if you've been caught out.
I expect they give out refunds easily so they can stay under the radar and don't get sued.

after realising i have paid £18 a month for 30 months,
i phoned up to cancel and subscription, and to be fair i was ready to kick off and demand a refund. but the lady on the phone was very polite, and all i had to do was fill in a simple form and i was repaid in full with 5 days.

This company apears to have rebranded itself as Webloyalty Membersip. In the pandemic I bought my wife a pair of Hotter shoes and unwittingly signed up for this scam that deducted 15 pounds a month from my account. I would urge all pensioners to check their monthly bank statements for an entry WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C as we are vulnerable to this sort of thing. It is not illegal apparently..but it should be. Complete MISSELLING.

Miserable scam
Miserable scam. Trainline should be chased legally for scamming its customers being associated with completesave. Had to spend 1 hour on the phone on a Saturday morning to get cancelled a subscription I never applied for. They should be closed legally for fraud!

This company have been taking out £18 from my account every month for 5 months, totalling to £90 and i had only found out by checking my bank statement, which as an teenager wouldnt check as often. I am expecting a full refund as it was very misleading and shocking, causing much chaos for me.

My daughter got conned by this lot
My daughter, who is a student, got conned by this “company”. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards for them to investigate. Hopefully their sharp practices will be stopped soon.

Scam - £18 taken without knowledge
My husband has just had £18 taken from his bank account by these scam artists today. He did not sign up for this and had no idea a subscription had been set up. Upon checking it appears to be linked to the Moonpig website. Beware. Have notified the bank and managed to cancel 'account' on the website.

They must have piggybacked on a transaction I did Total fraud .

Wouldn’t even select 1 star. These thrives have been taking £18 each month from my 15 year old daughter . She HAS NOT subscribed or clicked on any bait! This company are scamming details through some kind of genuine site. I have canter the fraud team at her bank and trading standards !
