Emily was fantastic throughout our house sale and purchase. She was always responsive, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I'd highly recommend her and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancer.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rebecca. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor, and I was rarely kept informed about what was happening with my case. I often had to chase for updates, and important information was not explained or communicated clearly.

On top of this, the emails I received were often abrupt and came across as rude, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I expected a higher level of professionalism, guidance, and client care from a solicitor.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Rebecca based on my experience.

I used this company before, but when I rang to instruct them this time, they just told me they were too busy. That doesn't bode well for a company that supposedly specialises in property!

Jess was fantastic from the first contact we had. She responded quickly and efficiently to any questions we had, updated us when necessary and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We were first time buyers and had some hurdles to get over, her advice saved us headache and issues further down the line and we were completely compliant. Jess chased the vendors solicitors regularly for updates and always kept us informed. What could have been a very stressful process ended up smooth with Jess’ support and guidance. We would not use anyone else in the future, Thank you Jess!

We very recently used Complete Convey (Bamber Bridge) on recommendation from our Mortgage Broker.
We absolutely cannot fault our appointed Solicitor, Emily Dwyer.
From start to finish we received constant feedback from Emily either via email or phone calls, guiding us through every step and giving us reassurance during waiting periods where things seemed to slow down.
Emily is a credit to the team, we are so thankful for everything. The whole process was so slick, and our input was very minimal.
she took control of everything and was on the ball constantly, and when any update came through we were notified straight away (sometimes receiving emails late in the evening, well out of office hours), even on completion day, Emily called us asking us if the estate agent had called to let us know the keys were ready to collect (they hadn't!!)

We recently used Complete Convey for the sale and purchase of our home, recommended to us by our estate agent and what a fantastic service. Mark Ainsworth was amazing, he kept us informed every step of the way, he was extremely efficient and everyone involved commented on how good and responsive he was. His proactivity and eagerness to progress things meant our sale and purchase was completed in 3 months. Once we’d set a completion date there were various factors that could have easily delayed the sale but Mark ensured everything went ahead as planned, going above and beyond to make it happen. Laura went above and beyond to get both our sale and our purchase through, she was so efficient, communication was on point and it was so reassuring to know that side of matters was covered.
