Excellent support throughout a difficult purchase
We had a particularly challenging purchase due to probate delays and several unexpected issues along the way. Throughout the process, Sharon was fantastic at keeping communication flowing between all parties and ensuring we stayed informed when progress was difficult to obtain elsewhere.
Sharon was proactive, professional and persistent in following up with solicitors and the seller's side, especially during periods where there were delays outside anyone's control. Her updates were always clear and timely, and her efforts genuinely helped keep the transaction moving forward.
We really appreciate all the support and guidance provided from start to finish and would happily recommend Complete ASAP to anyone going through the home-buying process.

At the start of moving house I was unsure of what the purpose / value was of Complete ASAP. I also had a sales progressor from my own estate agents and initially it felt like a duplication of effort. However, as the sale progresses, it was clear that Georgina from Complete ASAP was on top of everything. She was always the one I got updates from first and she was constantly moving things along. She was super helpful and pragmatic.

Our experience with complete ASAP was quite mixed, which is why I feel three stars is a fair reflection of our journey.
For the majority of the transaction, Fernando was our sales progressor. He was always polite and pleasant to deal with, and I completely appreciate that progressing a property chain is not an easy job. Unfortunately, however, the communication often felt reactive rather than proactive. We regularly had to chase for updates, and quite often the response was simply that another reminder had been sent or that we were waiting for solicitors.
At times, we actually received more detailed and timely information from our own solicitors or other sales progressors within the chain than from the person representing our sale.
The biggest frustration was the lack of clarity and communication around timescales. New information kept emerging regarding notice periods and people’s expectations for completion. We had repeatedly communicated our own circumstances and how important the timing was for us, particularly with our baby arriving during the transaction and our mortgage moving onto a considerably higher variable rate, but we never really felt that our position was being strongly communicated across the chain.
Fernando then left the business unexpectedly towards the end of our transaction and Jody took over the final stages. I have to give Jody a special mention because the difference was immediately noticeable. Communication became much more proactive, we started getting clearer answers, things moved considerably faster and, most importantly, we finally managed to get exchange and a confirmed completion date agreed. A huge thank you to Jody for stepping in and getting things moving when we really needed it.
Unfortunately, the overall experience has still left a sour taste and has made us question whether involving a third-party sales progression company added the value we expected. If we were to sell again, it is something we would consider much more carefully.
That said, I don’t believe our experience with one particular sales progressor necessarily represents complete ASAP as a whole, and Jody’s involvement towards the end demonstrated the level of service that clearly can be provided.
The three stars are therefore primarily a reflection of our experience throughout the majority of the transaction, rather than a judgement of the entire company. Had the communication and proactivity we experienced with Jody been there from the beginning, our review would have been very different.

We found everyone who we spoke to very friendly. Emails replies were swift so we were able to keep on top of our sale progression.
We were going through quite a traumatic time with our newly born grandson during the sale and knowing someone was sorting the house sale enable us to focus just on family.
