I can’t recommend Darcie and the team at ASAP highly enough. Darcie has been fantastic throughout the sale of my late dad’s property.
Given the circumstances, it was quite a difficult process for me personally, but Darcie was always friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Her communication was excellent keeping me updated throughout, chased things when needed and always took the time to answer my questions or find out what was happening.
What really stood out for me was the human touch. At no point did I feel like I was just another property or a data point being processed. Darcie took the time to understand the circumstances surrounding the sale and communicated with me like a person, which made a real difference during what was already a difficult time.
It’s been a long journey getting everything to this point, so finally reaching completion was a huge relief. Having Darcie there to keep me informed and help keep everything moving made the whole process that little bit easier.
