I saw Lexi for a neck injury, and she was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery. She created a clear plan of exercises, and her dry needling and manual manipulations were really effective. Lexi is excellent at explaining everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and she’s both very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for great physiotherapy care!

Both Emerson Fernandez and Michael Tegerdine were excellent in supporting my recovery of both strength and function after surgery. They both provided an appropriate mix of support and encouragement to allow me to push myself when appropriate. Also got a very helpful referral from Dave Baker to help me find the right surgeon when I needed surgical intervention. All my interactions with the administration team were positive and helpful to work around my busy calendar and other commitments. Highly recommend Complete Physio.

Very good professionally and administratively

I had a great experience with James at the Lime Street location. My plantar fasciitis is now completely gone after several weeks of treatment and rehabilitation.

It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Pedro was excellent, as always. He was extremely helpful and quickly diagnosed my issue, demonstrating a strong understanding of the problem. He also prescribed an excellent set of exercises to help address it.

After three years of chronic low back pain, I had almost given up hope. I’ve seen multiple physiotherapists across London, but nothing created lasting change. I would get temporary relief at best, then end up straight back in the same pain cycle.
Working with Francesco has been completely different.
He didn’t just hand me generic exercises. He took the time to properly explain the mechanics of my back so I actually understood what was happening and why. That clarity alone was powerful — it changed how I approached movement and pain.
The routine he designed was precise and purposeful, but what made the real difference was his attention to execution. He corrected my form, broke down the details, and made sure I was performing each movement properly. That level of detail is something I hadn’t experienced before.
For the first time in three years, I feel like I’m genuinely coming out of the chronic low back loop rather than just managing flare-ups. I’m stronger, more confident in my movement, and finally seeing consistent progress.
I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the support and guidance I’ve received. If you’re stuck in long-term back pain and not getting answers elsewhere, I can’t recommend Francesco highly enough.

Physio: James Ticehurst.
I was referred to Complete Physio by a medical consultant (surgeon). James Ticehurst has been an excellent physiotherapist and has helped me with recovery and planning strategies for any set backs. James Ticehurst’s care has been excellent. The exercise plans and apps at Complete Physio are very helpful. James has designed the plans specifically for my condition. I have enjoyed a good deal of progress and I am now starting to enjoy exercise again.

Achilles recovery
I ruptured my left achilles last summer and began physio with Francesco Contiero in October 2025 to supplement the limited physio I am receiving through the NHS.
The quality of treatment is night and day:
- Care. I have training routines on top of my daily rehab routine which we review during our weekly/fortnightly sessions. The approach is 100% tailored to me and takes account of my underlying biomechanics rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Appointments. Due to the number of clinics, I have been able to attend weekly/fortnightly alongside a heavy work schedule and other commitments. I have always been able to get an appointment slot and appointments run on time.
- Technology and equipment. I have had ultrasound scans on my ankle and the machines used for strength tests are very bespoke. Neither of which I have used at my NHS appointments.

Working with Francesco has been a total game changer. I have been able to move though my rehab more mindfully and with more confidence, as he will push me to try things that test my strength, balance and functional movement. I have learned so much from this experience following a horrible accident!

Physio Louise Aylwin has been utterly amazing to work with over the past 6 months. I was referred to her by a Dr as ‘one of the best’ after a big accident left me with a number of serious injuries & barely able to walk. To say she went above & beyond to (quite literally) get me back on my feet is an understatement. She is highly skilled & experienced, very professional, and coordinated regularly with all the Drs involved in my rehab to make sure she was fully informed throughout. Everyone, including me, has been amazed at the speed of my recovery and this is all down to working with Louise.
The setup and facilities at Complete Physio are also excellent.
