I ordered diabetic medical supplies from ADW Diabetes the first week of Jun 2022 via second day delivery. Once five or six days passed, I called ADW Diabetes and inquired about my delivery. A young woman answered the phone- she is the basis of my complaint. She was rude, condescending, and unprofessional as I was trying to explain my valid concern. Her tone of voice made it obvious that she could not have cared less. Update 6/30/22 I called ADW Diabetes again today and the very same young woman answered the phone again, as she was really quick to remind me of that fact, as I am still trying to resolve my issue for needed diabetes supplies. Is this young woman your only customer service representative? Yet again, she was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Also of note, she did not ask for my name, verify my address, ask for my tracking number (all standard procedures in any customer service channel). All she said was basically: yeah, un-huh, and some other nonsense. At least she is consistent. I will never use ADW Diabetes again. Also, if the public writ larges reads this, I strongly recommend all potential customers stay far away from ADW Diabetes and spend their hard earned money at a reputable and professional place of business, as ADW Diabetes is certainly neither. And for a point of reference, I am almost 50 years old and this is my 1st ever complaint. Read that last sentence again. I have and I will continue telling everyone I know about my terrible experience with ADW Diabetes

for which she underwent a proceedure to rectify the problem.
We have forwarded a claims form to Leisure Guard some 7 weeks ago and have tried contacting them for progress of the claim, they refer you to a company reactive claims,

As an existing member of domestic and general I tried to ring Customer Service up to add another product to my plan the person on the other side from domestic and general took my details and confirmed my existing plan and when I asked to add Apple Watch on she did not have a clue so she put me on hold to find out I waited for over 10 minutes before I ended up putting the phone down this is not the first time I have had problems with domestic and general I have had numerous problems I tried to find an email where I could complain and I was struggling that’s why I have had to come to trust pilot to complain about domestic and general they used to be very good but day by day they are getting worse

I’m having an issue with Boiler Juice
I’m having an issue with Boiler Juice. My late partner & I had an account with Boiler Juice our account has over £300:00 pounds in it. Despite having sent my partner death certificate & probate form 3 times since November 2021 Boiler Juice are refusing to either refund the money or supply oil to the value of £300:00.
Losing someone suddenly is very distressing without company’s like Boiler Juice making more difficult.
If someone at trustpilot could offer any assistance in resolving this matter it would be very much appreciated.

Trustpilot CANT be trusted. I recently put on a review of bad service from a company i ACTUALLY bought a carpet from. ONLINE CARPETS, trustpilot deliberately removed my review claiming it was fake. I sent the card payment transaction as proof that i had bought from ONLINE CARPETS, But no, that weren't good enough for UNtrust WORTHY pilot. They said and did every trick under the sun to protect their paying customer, and balls to the wronged buyer. It is not a review company you can rely on they are firmly against a truthful review being given. Luckily there are dozens of HONEST sites i could and did post exactly the same review on, they are honest at least. Listen trust pilot, if a company treats paying customer like crap they deserve people knowing the truth, you aren't needed or the only way of exposing a rubbish service
The Educator's Network - Taught me a Lesson
This company really taught me a lesson. Billy D Bignell addresses people as Kings & Queens....its pure rhetoric.
Mr Bignall promises but doesnt deliver. He professes to grow start-up and small businesses but in fact he documents the re-payment plan of an investment and doesnt deliver. Mr Bignall professes that I employed Delivery Drivers in the UK, in his video "Black Economics ACES Conference 2020" - that is not the case.....I was never employed by him to employ others.
Mr Bignell has possession of a domain that is legally mine but is dormant and refuses to turn it over to my current hosting company. He has poor interpersonal skills to resolve issues, in fact his resolve is to block me on watsapp and normal calls, shout and blame customers as though he is free of blame and involvement.
I would NOT enourage anyone to invest with the Educator's Network or Totalwebsitebuilders.com as what he says is not what is guaranteed. I was financially worse off as a small business with The Educators Network.

VODAFONE.Only giving one star as zero is not available. I closed my mobile phone account with them nearly 3 years ago with nothing owing and had this confirmed. A month later they added a line rental charge on and issued a default which I only found out about yesterday when enrolling on Experian. After spending a total of 3 hours on the phone having to jump through hoops trying to answer security questions such as "when was your contract originally taken out" or when was your last payment" they accepted liability and are now issuing a correction notice and clearing off the adverse credit. The worst mobile phone company. I cannot shout it loud enough. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

As I have been voicing out the wrongs & incompetency of Toronto Public Library bureaucracy online in writing, Mabel Ho has put up full TPL Facebook censorship against my right to free speech & my freedom of free expression as guranteed by the Canaidian Charter of Rights & Freedom for all Canadians, I really wonder if TPL can actually override our Canadian Constitution of free speech & a TPL frontline employee & top & middle management who endorced this TPL censorship can mute a member of the public from voicing out on-going concerns on jane/shepperd & yorkwoods libraries. Of course, TPL can continue operateing in their own black box complaint system , for over 12 years already. My complaints shall carry on in front of eyes of the public.

I am writing in regards to Virgin media service and customer service.
I order a kit for broadband to install it myself and soon after I receive the kit I received a text message that my internet is activated even I didn't connect the device and also,in the box it's a flyer with an QR code to activate my service when I want However it looks like I am not in control of activating my service when I want and it's how virgin media wants. I called customer service to delay the service and of course they cannot delay my service because I received the box. Sorry to say but I found virgin media big thief.
Complaints against roqqu.
On 27th of October 2021, around 10:10pm, I did a transfer from my raven account to roqqu account @Finecyndy, the sum of seventeen thousand naira only. The money left my raven account but never reflected in the roqqu, have send a mail and chat but no response. The ravens people attended to my mail and said the money was send to roqqu but roqqu people have been mute for days now.
Disappointing experience with an AC/Heating Company
It has taken me weeks to decide if I should write this review about Air Done Right. It pains me because this company about three years ago saved me another AC company that was not ethical with me.
I called Air Done Right in early October about a humming noise coming from one of our blower fans in the attic. It also had stopped but only once. The tech that came had not serviced my AC prior. When he came in, I am pretty sure he would have had to hear the humming. Once he got up in the attic, he had a very hard time finding the fan and I had to direct him via cell phone.
Long story short, he told me my furnace was in bad shape and for our safely it should be replaced. He took pics of my furnace and said found a separation of the eyelet on heat exchanger. When he showed me the pictures it was difficult to make out anything. When it came to the blower fan, he said the capacitor was running week. Since I did not want to have an issue, I told him to replace the capacitor. That was a cost of $325.00. After he left, I started to wonder so I got a second opinion. Firstly, the new tech confirmed the blower fan was separating and DOES NEED TO BE REPLACED. This should have been very evident to Air Done Right. That is why is it humming and very loud when on. So, the money I spent on the capacitor will go to waste because it will not fit the new blower. Secondly, I was told that if indeed this tech took the photos of the eyelet on the heat exchanger that he would basically would have had to disassemble the furnace which would have taken hours! So, the photos he should me I suspect were from another furnace. I was also told the gas lines to the furnace had been disconnected. The tech from Air Done Right did not tell me verbally or write in his report he had separated the wires from the gas valve. I guess he was thinking when I turned the furnace on it would not have gone on confirming I needed a new furnace.
Very disappointing but a lesson well learned.

Outrage at HP Envy 6000e Printer Installation
Just bought an HP Envy 6000e Printer. You follow instructions on line, all seems in order yet it will not print so you are forced to ask for help at HP support. First fee £5 which did not assist in the messaging. Then you try to to talk to someone on the phone, £27 fee. This is a rip off! The software is clearly set up to force people to buy HP services. I now understand why HP Printers were the only ones left on the shelves in the shop! It is outrageous that HP force people to pay for installing their Printer. I am returning the printer to Curry's to exchange it with a more customer friendly Company!!
