I ordered a golf putter from Compendium Golf and paid extra for 48-hour delivery. After 24 hours, I contacted them because I had received no dispatch email. I was told the courier had never collected the item and that they had placed another order so I would receive it within 24 hours.

That did not happen.

A week later, I still had no putter and was then told to contact Parcelforce myself. I did this, and thankfully the putter arrived two days later — nine days after ordering, despite paying extra for 48-hour delivery.

I was also told on several occasions that my delivery charge would be refunded. Unfortunately, despite being told this repeatedly, I have still received no refund.

To make matters worse, the grip on the brand-new putter was not fitted correctly and was not inline, so I have had to pay to have it re-gripped.

I was initially reluctant to leave a review, but after being repeatedly told that I would receive a refund and then not receiving it, I feel I have to share my experience. I was even given a WhatsApp number and told to contact them directly regarding an additional discount because they blamed Parcelforce for the delivery problems.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The delivery was significantly later than promised, I had to chase the courier myself, the product required additional work, and the promised refund has still not materialised.

I would not shop with Compendium Golf again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I was a hesitant buying a new Cobra Aerojet driver from this website as the price seemed too good, but it arrived promptly in original packaging, in perfect/unused condition. Really happy with the club and will certainly be recommending this website to friends.

Bought a brand new Cobra driver from
Compendium that was consistent with Cobra quality, distance and forgiveness. Unfortunately after 2 months the head fell off at the driving
range (travelling further than my ball - which isn't hard). I contacted Compendium and they refused to offer a replacement, instead suggested I take to a local GC for the shop to fix. I did this and presented the very modest fix fee (£20) to compendium at which point they refused to reimburse because it “should have only cost £5-£10” and I “should have got an invoice”. In 24 years of golf I’ve never been more disappointed in the customer service from an online golf reseller. AVOID

Recently ordered a brand new Cobra 7 Wood from Compendium Golf and the experience was brilliant. The item arrived exactly as described, delivered by DX on a Tuesday after ordering over the weekend. Paying via ApplePay was great and I received regular order updates through the Apple Wallet app. Can’t recommend this company enough and was very surprised not to see loads of good reviews on Trustpilot already!
