Great value option with only minor niggles
I recommend compass contracting - they are great value. There were some minor issues regarding salary sacrifice & getting it done tax efficiently, but appart from that no problem. They are cheaper price than my previous shell company provider and are fully digital & efficient with docs like payslips which is great. I would recommend compass.

Compass has been excellent throughout the entire process. Louise and others have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. They always called me back, chased up any outstanding items on my behalf, kept me updated, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help gave me complete confidence in their service. I truly appreciated the support they provided from start to finish.
I would definitely use Compass again and will continue to use their services for all future roles through my umbrella company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and professional service.
