Amicable outcome
Having bought a policy earlier in the year, I recently had to make a change to my medical declaration. Disappointed that the cost doubled, I contacted the Company concerned. After a few phone calls, I eventually Agreed a reasonable price for 2 separate policies, with the same company and had the original policy cancelled and refunded.
