Excellent service throughout the process of buying an eternity ring. Ring looks gorgeous and, not that it matters, appears to be good value for money.
Delivery date predicted at the beginning of the process upheld throughout the three weeks and I was kept informed of progress at all times.

I did some research regarding online diamond jewellery and decided to order a wedding ring stack from comparethediamond.com. The rings are absolutely breathtaking exactly what I had asked for. From start to finish the service was excellent, I needed the rings fairly quickly and they arrived when promised. The design process was excellent as was the advice and customer service. Very impressed, I love my rings and will definitely use again.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. When I had chosen the diamond Luke advised that it wasn't quite suitable for the setting and found a perfect replacement in the same price range. The progress reports didn't seem to work correctly with my email address but again Luke very quickly advised me of an alternative way to view progress. Always very quick to return emails, and when I found out that my parents had organised a surprise party on the day my ring was due to arrive Luke arranged for it to be sent a day earlier (it in fact came two days earlier), thanks Luke! The ring is absolutely stunning, I definately wouldn't go anywhere else for future diamond purchases!

Excellent communication, there was a issue with the clarity of the diamond I purchased when it arrived and they called to offer me a free upgrade as they were not happy with the quality. Cannot fault the service at all, would 100% recommend.

I found comparethediamond online when looking for an eternity ring for my wife at Christmas. I was really surprised to speak to the founder (Clive) when I called them. We had found the ring that we wanted in a high-street jeweller, and comparethediamond were 60% cheaper with a slightly better clarity of diamond.

We have not received the ring yet but didn’t expect to. This review is really about the service to date, the transparency and openness when dealing with Clive.
