Excellent service from start to finish. The website is wonderfully easy to navigate and you can be as detailed as you like when choosing your diamond. Once selected I had helpful email interactions with the team, who were on hand to answer questions, as well as receiving regular emails updating me on the process. The final item was incredible and we are so happy with it. Overall an excellent service and great value.

I wanted to surprise my wife with an eternity ring for our 10th Anniversary.

I after hearing about Compare the Diamond from a friend, i made contact and spoke to Luke.

I explained my requirements (and tight timeline) and he took me through the designs that would best complement my wife's existing wedding and engagement rings.

As this piece was being made to order and needed sizing i wondered how i would maintain the surprise element of the gift. No problem again for the team at Compare the Diamond. A digital render and reveal video was created showing the ring and how it would look next to the other rings.

Once the reveal was complete and the sizing had taken place, production was started, and the turnaround time was quite simply superb with frequent updates to let us know how it was progressing.

The item was delivered in a beautiful presentation box and the look on my wife's face when she saw the ring was exactly what i had hoped for.

It's rare to find this level of professional, personal, efficient service with such reasonable prices but Luke provides this effortlessly.

Hello, I purchased a beautiful 2 carat, D color ring on line from Luke in February 2021, during Covid-19 Lock down.
I had to trust that all would be ok. Through photo and email conversations Luke designed my ring to my exact liking. The ring size was too big and that was not a problem. I sent it back through courier and changes were made
Both Louise and Luke were so nice to deal with and I would whole heartily recommend their service. Be aware of Brexit customs when purchasing outside of UK.
I also got the GIA certificate with my diamond. I wish you both the best of luck and sorry only posting this message now. Finola, Dublin.

Excellent communication and truly fabulous service. Ordered a solitaire diamond engagement ring in late February 2023. I received my diamond solitaire pendant on 18/3/23 and would like to say well done to all, I was kept informed every step of the way, and was pleased the delivery was earlier than anticipated.
