My husband gave me a beautiful diamond ring from compare the diamond for Christmas. I absolutely love it. I love that you can buy the diamond of your choice and they will then make it up to the setting of your liking.
I've just had it valeted and two "blobs' of gold put in the inside of the band. This should help to stop the ring/diamond from leaning to the side. (Make the diamond stand proud).
The service you get from compare the diamond is second to none. I'm sure this won't be our only purchase.

Clive, his son, the designers and the rest of the team went above and beyond to create my bespoke piece. Although the cost was substantially more than what was originally quoted, they did not charge me any more for it.

I've bought 4 different pieces from them so far and every one has been of exceptional quality.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a ring that I wanted to replace the stone with a lab diamond. Luke was so knowledgeable on the shape and size of diamond I would need and offered different choices of diamond clarity etc. He responded quickly to any questions I had. Once chosen I sent my ring and Louise was then in contact with me, advising me of the stages of my ring journey. I have now received my ring and it is truly stunning. My partner thinks it looks like something a royal would wear.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The customer service at comparethediamond is possibly the best I’ve ever encountered at any business. Before I’d even made an order, I used the chat feature on their website to ask a question about delivery timeframes and I got straight through to a real person (shout out to Luke Billing), who answered my question quickly and directly. When I was ordering, I had a slight technical issue at the checkout, so I again turned to the chat feature and, once again, immediately got through to Luke who communicated clearly and professionally, and got the problem solved within half an hour. Once I had ordered, any queries went to Laura Berry, who was equally as responsive and helpful as Luke, so a big shout out to her as well. What’s more, as there was an issue sourcing the stone I had originally ordered, the company upgraded my order to an equivalent stone 0.04 carats larger, at no cost to me, just so they could ensure the order arrived within the timeframe I had discussed with Luke prior to ordering. As if that wasn’t enough, my order then arrived 4 days earlier than the date originally stated! All delivery is next day, discrete, and tracked, with Royal Mail. The product itself is perfect, exactly as I ordered it.

As this was my first time making a big jewellery purchase (an engagement ring), and I was planning to travel out of the country to propose, you can imagine I was a little bit nervous about ordering it online (What if it doesn’t arrive in time? What if it’s bad quality? etc), but the customer service at comparethediamond, coupled with their exceptional (and well-earned) Trustpilot reviews, meant that all of that potential anxiety and stress was a non-issue. I have purchased from this company twice, both for my wife's engagement ring and ten years later a diamond eternity band. On both occasions the service has been first class. In fact I think I spoke with the same people on both occasions, one being the owner and the other a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative named Louise. They have loads of choice and can literally create whatever you have in mind. The engagement ring was set differently to what you would see in most jewelers. I had an idea of what I want and they delivered on everything. They have even helped me out on short notice and are really quick to help with anything that comes up further down the line, e.g. re-size, clean etc. Would use them again and again.

I used Compare the diamond for both my fiancé’s engagement ring and my own wedding band. The service throughout was friendly and informative and the quality of both rings was exceptional.
