Easy to use

Easy to use. The bloke found me the best deal very quickly.

Only spoke to him once. He took all my details. My internet was switched over an hour after I got off the phone too him

No after sales service 👎👎👎👎👎

Customer service rep reached out to me right after after my visit to their website for an internet price comparison and signed me up with my preferred provider and asked for an upfront payment. He gave me an assurance that there would be no service interruption during porting. But on the day of migration I noticed early in the morning that I didn't have internet connection. I waited until 8 a.m. and phoned them but to no avail and they don't have voicemail service so I wasn't able to leave a message. I tried calling several time until 9 a.m. as I was about to start my work from home but to no avail. It tells me they were just after money. They don't have an after sales service. I was so disappointed. 👎👎👎👎👎

We are sorry that you could not contact us until after 9am, our business hours are 9am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm on weekends (as specified on our website).
In terms of your current connectivity issues, I understand our Call Centre Manager has been in touch to discuss the delay in connection, when NBNCo will be coming to complete the fibre upgrade and to help you troubleshoot the speed issues you are having at your property.

Nick was fantastic in confirming my needs.
Very knowledgeable and ensured I had all bases covered. Great customer service compared with the lack of service and information I was getting from Optus. Now happy with changing after 20 years of putting up with sub standard international Optus service agents who have no idea of what you require. Good on you Nick for good old fashioned Aussie service support.
