Fake company, called up on the date of my booking. No one answered the phone , was left with no choice but to leave my car at the short stay car park for a couple of days, was left out of pocket for over 300 pounds

Avoid this company at all costs.
I booked Meet & Greet parking at Heathrow through “Compare Airport Deals / Go Park Heathrow” and the whole experience was a nightmare.
As soon as they had my booking, they started calling me repeatedly on WhatsApp and mobile, even before I travelled. The numbers they used included 07873 136135 and private/withheld numbers, which felt very unprofessional.
When I returned to Heathrow, my car was not brought back, and after a long wait and several unanswered calls, I finally got a call from a driver using a private number telling me they had lost my car key. When I called back to challenge this, a staff member swore at me and hung up.
My wife and I were stranded at the airport late in the evening and had to pay for tube and train travel home, then travel back the next day with my spare key. Luckily I can see where my car is on the app.
They have ignored all written complaints and refuse to respond in any way.
I later discovered my car was not stored in a “secure compound” as advertised, but left outside a small MOT/servicing garage with a burger van in the corner of the yard - nothing like what they claim on their website.
The payment went to 24 Oakington Avenue, Hayes UB3 4AH, which turns out to be a residential house, not a business premises.
I have reported them to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards and started a chargeback with my bank asI paid by credit card.
Be warned:
They use multiple trading names
They call constantly on WhatsApp as soon as they get your details
They hide behind private numbers
They do not keep keys safe
They ignore complaints
Their “secure parking” is not secure at all
There are many similar reviews online. Do not risk your car with this company.
Appalling service from start to finish.
Waited 30 minutes to hand over vehicle on departure at T2 and 1 hour 45 minutes to have my vehicle handed back on return. Multiple unanswered calls, assurances that it would be ‘ 10 more minutes ‘.
Tried to call the number on the Compare Airport Deal website. No such number ! Absolutely dreadful customer service
The booking process was very easy and it was great value for money.
The person meeting us at the airport on departure and arrival was in a hurry and didn't really communicate what to do with the parking ticket until prompted.
Upon arrival on the drop off date, he put the car into reverse before we had cleared out luggage from behind the car onto a trolley. He knew we were there and I feel he was trying to hurry us along.
He was obviously in hurry and that came across in his tone on the phone and in his and actions.
All in all, good value for money but the service on the day was a bit chaotic.
It was a tremendous, memorable and pleasant experience. The person who collected and returned the car was always ahead of time, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
Got a great deal on 15 days parking at Heathrow. Used the Meet & Greet service and it was super smooth – dropped the car right at the terminal and picked it up with no hassle. Really convenient and saved a lot of time. Would definitely use again!
I didn't have to wait for long for the driver and my car was returned intact.
My car was returned in one piece, which is great. All staff I dealt with were polite and professional.
My only issue is the time I had to wait for the car to be taken from me, about an hour! Partly my fault because I did not call 30 minutes before. I called after I arrived and still waited 1 hour for the car to be collected. Upon return, I sent a message before departure, then I called as soon we landed, while still on the plane, still waited for an hour to get the car. So there, not great! But I thank everyone for keeping my care safe. First time customer!
Can't fault them . There when we arrived and there to drop the car off.

I bought a airport parking on 21 April which I cancel on the same day
Today 8 of May no sign of my refund
No reply to my several emails
No contact number to call
Very bad , avoid by all means and save yourself a hassle
