Very good and quick Thanks

This company were quick to take my money, but they gave me ,out of date information ,and false information.
Not very good at all…I am still waiting for an explanation. !!!! And a refund. !!!

The company information required was all good. Access to it for approx. 10 hours was something I didn't see anywhere until I made payment. Had I known this prior to purchasing I would have purchased at a more convenient time. This needs to be made clear.

Accidentally bought the same accounts twice. Tried to contact Customer Services. Was given a ticket. One week on and still no response. Very poor.

The report is not available in PDF, you have to take screenshots and make your own.

I paid 20 quid s d could not access any information

The purchased pages were really useful to me but the purchase process was a long winded affair although I suppose security is paramount.

Information Good but the Font is rather small

You have a terrible system for online purchases. Yesterday I paid £24 for a company report but did not receive it. Instead, you sent me an email with a button "Verify me" that did not work but dumped me on a "Page not found" error. A similar thing happened when I clicked an alternative link on the email. Furthermore, you have not got back to me although you promised to do so more than 24 hours ago.

First time I have use Company Check, found it easy to navigate through there system and find the relevant information required.

In-depth report turned out to be almost the same as the free one. No current financial info. If you think its similar to a personal credit check level of details, think again. Paid 60 to regret. Simply rhubarb.

Very useful source of snapshot information on company health if you are considering investment, employment or partnerships

I didn't get enough information and certainly no report. The friend who recommended this used it in business and she got a full report, she now feels bad for recommending you. For £20 I got very basic information that I could have guessed at. No in depth report at all, I felt a waste of my £20.00.

Emailed twice to request cancellation – no repsonse.

This company has just taken money from my account and I have had no dealings with them. Who are they and why are they taking my money? Can’t find a telephone number to call them on which is the most irritating thing ever. Conmen/scammers. Avoid by all costs.

Very disappointed, we have paid the amount for the Comprehensive Company report. Your invoice no: INV009696, Our order number: TCCODR009696, couldn’t share any Company Reports. Very poor service, they don’t have customer care contact number. Do not trust this company.
