I have written many times to this company to inform them that a company was using their platform to scam people..they wrote back to me and asked for all the info I had which I sent to them 3 times..I then got a email saying case closed as I didn't give them the required information..I got on to their customer care and no response from them either..I would just take this opportunity to tell people to beware of a scaffold product that is been sold on their platform it's a scam..I got caught as did others on trust pilot reviews they can be seen..this company is now aware of this scam yet they allow them to use their platform to continue scamming people..

I would have put a minus as my experience but Trustpilot does not allow that. Why has the screen gone small again, it seems to happen every time an upgrade has been loaded. My eye sight is not so good so please put it back to a full screen again. It is like you are penalising the older generation (ageism) or those that have poor sight, there have been several comments on the King web site asking you to put it back to landscape just read all the comments that have been put on your website and please change it back to landscape so that we oldies and visually impaired can play again. There has been no consideration for your members
