I had 2 customer service people and 2 sales people before I met David and the Commerit team.
We had a few meetings, and they understood everything immediately, and now I just cut down 4 employees to 1 employee that does 50% sales and 50% customer service - with much better revenue and higher satisfaction.
Now we are working on AI Agents to expand to 6 new markets.
I can't recommend this team enough!!
