Commerce Utilities Recensioni

The whole process was incredibly straightforward! Tom was very knowledgeable and I felt I was never under pressure to go with Commerce Utilities. A no brainer!

Tom, you are probably the only person who can make the boring job of switching providers more bearable. Thank you for not being pushy and giving me the time to consider all my options.

I would definitely recommend Commerce Utilities to anyone. Thomas the owner is very passivisation about his business and the high level of professional service given out to his customers.

Tom got me a great deal, he was very knowledgeable and the service was great. Would recommend

Found Commerce Utilities very easy to deal with would 100 percent reccomend them

Tom has been very helpful. I’m not the easiest person to talk to over the phone as I’m so busy during office hours. Tom has been very patient with me.

Nice service, cheap and easi for me. Thank u

I write this review not because we went with Commerce Utilities, but that we should of.
Our existing brokerage outlined prices that were apparently (The most competitive)... To then realise that he had agreed us into a contract (NON FIXED) & Extremely higher than anything offered by Commerce Utilities.

Great customer service - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I dealt with Thomas who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He saved me a lot of money!

Received a very professional courtesy call from Tom at Commerce Utilities. He kept me informed on the process from start to finish. He provided me factual information relevant to my energy meter, if your looking for a company which care about you as a client look no further!

Customer. Service excellent nothing is too much trouble and seem to go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible

Filled the form online, received a call in no time, In all my dealings with CommerceUtilities I have found a very helpful team who really know their stuff. I contacted them initially prior to setting up my business, when I was just after information. On that occasion Tom was not only prepared to spend time discussing my situation, but the predictions he made on electrical usage and cost turned out to be amazingly accurate. A first-class service. Highly recommended!

This company really ensures customer service comes first. I have used Commerce Utilities for 2 of my businesses now and I must admit they stand above the rest.

I have recently dealt with Tom from commerce Utilities and would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to get the best price for their Utilities. I run a small business and get bombarded with phone calls from companies promising me the earth and delivering very little so I have got very cynical! Dealing with Tom was a refreshing change, he was very polite, explained fully what he would be able to do for me and was able to get me a good price for my electricity!

Very honest and professional service from Tom, resulting in a very welcome saving on our energy prices. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Tom was an excellent agent. Highly recommended.

A fantastic team of enthusiastic individuals who made the whole process simple from start to finish. We, as most businesses, fell short when it came to our energy usage and overall costs. Not only did the team help us to reduce our carbon footprint, they also dramatically reduced our costs instantly.

We will be reviewing this over the coming months, however, we're forecasting a minimum 30% reduction in monthly spend!

I couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent service ! Would fully recommend! I found the service excellent and the process was extremely seamless...Thomas was excellent.
