They promise delivery within five days but took three weeks. When I opened the order they had sent the wrong item. It has now been 6 weeks and countless emails of them promising to send the correct item, but nothing.
Don’t waste your time with this company.

This cussion is for Kids and NOT for adults. Also the quality is very cheap. Don't order this, you waste your money.

Fake advertising
I bought a pillow after i saw their video on X. The video and the photos is with adult women and men and the pillow look big and suits them. Then I got the pillow the size was not only the half of what the show in their videos It can’t be used by adults only for kids between 8-10 years I complained and want to return it. They apologized and offer me 20% discount But I can’t use the pillow to I still want to return it. They have no return labels so I have to do everything my self and pay for it The company cheat and lie and have a very bad customer service So I will not recommend anyone to buy products from them

I do not recommend the Comberly website at all. Based on my experience, this website misleads its customers. I ordered and paid for a pair of trousers, but the product was never delivered. My money was wasted. Although I contacted customer service, they replied only once. Since then, they have completely ignored my messages.

Do not order from this website under any circumstances. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I will also report this case to the consumer protection authorities and exercise my legal rights as a consumer.

Un desastre total!
No responden , no dan soluciones, no hay responsabilidad ninguna por parte de la tienda .. hice un pedido previo pago por medio de Klarna y cancelé minutos más tarde. Me puse en contacto con ellos y con Klarna para notificarles mi cancelación.. Comberly no responde ni da señales de vida y mi pago q Klarna a quedado en un limbo total.

The company registered their website 5 weeks ago. They have the classic scam return policy. You need to pay for the return of your goods to China. That cost will often exceed the value of the goods. Buying goods directly from a China company is a risky business. It’s truly buyer beware.
