It's now been 15 months since I paid them £281. I never received the product that I paid for. Coman admits in writing that I never received it. They admit that they owe me a refund in writing and yet I still haven't received the refund. They keep making excuses. They keep lying. Check out their other trust pilot reviews and the comments on their social media and Kickstarter projects. Other people like me are hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Criminals.

Still waiting for my £281 refund. I paid them via a Kickstarter project, they sent out the reward to me, but I never received it and Coman Store admits in writing that I never received it yet they have never refunded me. This was 13 months ago. Kickstarter says there is no reason why Coman Store cannot refund me via the original payment method on Kickstarter, but Coman Store says they are unable to do this and instead are offering to "refund" me via a payment on Paypal. This is VERY dodgy behaviour as Paypal payments can be retracted easily. They say they are in conversation with Kickstarter support over the issue but they refuse to provide any details of that interaction and continue to push the Paypal angle which I don't trust because Coman Store has lied to me many times over the last 13 months and behaved in deplorable and unethical ways. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

Bought a 500$ Tripod from them on Kickstarter.
Quality is AMAZING. The level of detail and how well thought trough it is, is just top tier. For tripods, they absolutely are the best in the market.

I was a little hesitant ordering here because of the other reviews. But after contacting the site about taxes and shipping, it seemed quite legit.

I have looked at a LOT of tripods, and I came to the conclusion that most of the high quality “Chinese” travel tripods are made by Coman. (Ulanzi, Neewer, Smallrig) But Coman itself had a model that had everything and then a little more, the Coman Light H Pro.

All this at a better price than all the rebranded ones, paid around €180.

The quality of the product is very good and I am very impressed by the quality. But more impressive is that the shipping was extremely fast. Only 5 days from China to The Netherlands! And no additional taxes or duties!

Don’t be discouraged by the other reviews, my experience has so far been very positive.

Took my money 22 days ago. Never received my $400 order. When tried to track thru fedex found numbers were bogus. This company is a scam. Avoid like the plague. Customer service is non existent.

Placed my order on 21Nov 2025 and have got no email. But after few days got email and they appeared to be genuine business.

So, website is genuine. But delay in delivery is inevitable
