The order took a month and 2 days to arrive; it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks or less; it was a confirmation gift for my son and his sponsor; it arrived about a week and a half after the event; I had to buy other gifts at the last minute. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because I actually eventually received my order. Also; one of the personalized items is crooked and the ink is smudged all over. I would be embarrassed to gift the items.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, what i got looked nothing at all like I ordered even though I cancelled the order within 2 hours after making it to be eligible for a full refund, I get an email 3 days after saying my order is being shipped and now they won't refund the awful thing I didn't want..p.s I've sent numerous emails and you're not willing to refund which is a load of ....

Not As Expected
The product was not what I was expecting. Promoted as "Custom Photo Copper Metal Style Desk Decor" the product is not copper or any type of metal. The product description says "This powerful yet romantic couple sculpture captures love's most passionate moment. Crafted from exquisite antique bronze metal, it radiates a warm and elegant texture" but this is not a sculpture at all. The only metal on the product is the custom metal plate which was not glued properly on both items and arrived falling off. One positive comment is that the product arrived faster than expected.

Avoid this seller at all costs!
Ordered a set of boots at an unbelievably good price so was not expecting perfection. However, what I received was an A6 thank you card worth less than the postage to return it!
No response yet to a refund request or my query as to where my boots are.
Lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true then it is in fact a scam.

This is a Terrible company
This is a Terrible company! I received my clock broken in pieces and they would not refund me. I emailed them twice and got an automated email back. The clock is worth $2.00 I am out all of my money!

Product was exactly how I imagined it would be, the only complaint was I wasn't told it was coming as two separate parcels. So a bit concerned when cups came with no decanter. The parcels arrived a week apart

Won't last long and the case was wrong
The cards look great, but they don't seem to be plastic coated. I can't imagine they'll last long. in addition, the tin cover had an odd quote on it (nothing I ordered), and they needed a photo of the entire product in order to research the error. These were a gift and with them taking several weeks to arrive from China, I didn't have time before Christmas to sort out the error. Getting photos from the recipient proved too difficult. For the $50 I spent, I'm quite disappointed.

delayed shipping, poor and rude communication, terrible quality.
What I ordered and the website described looks nothing like what I have received. It was meant to be 3D and it has come flat. Cheap, useless and and completly disapointed. You will fight to even try and get your money back.
