Looks Good at First — But Withdrawing Profits Is a Nightmare
I’m grateful to the company that helped me recover my money, as shown by my display name and profile image.
At first glance, this broker leaves a decent impression. They claim order execution within 31 milliseconds, though in reality, I experienced 46 and 62 milliseconds, and hitting 31 was extremely rare. The initial deposit requirement is quite high at $5,000, which filters out casual traders — not necessarily a bad thing.
However, their account types are confusing: a forex account, an account for trading shares, and another for trading CFDs on shares — each with different trading conditions. It’s unnecessarily complicated, and anyone looking to start here should very carefully read the User Agreement. For example, using trading advisors (EAs) requires special permission, and “abusive trading” is strictly prohibited — though it’s vague what exactly qualifies as abuse.
While the broker doesn’t seem to interfere in trading directly, everything changes when you try to withdraw profits. Be warned:
As soon as you submit a withdrawal, they may suddenly claim your account engaged in abusive trading or used unauthorized advisors. It’s entirely at their discretion which trades they decide fall into these categories, regardless of the evidence or arguments you provide.
On top of that, there are frequent technical issues — slippage, delays, and platform glitches — for which they take no responsibility and offer no compensation.
Payouts are not assured, and they make it unnecessarily difficult to access your own funds without providing clear reasons.
The initial experience might be pleasant, but the moment you make a profit, it becomes a completely different story.

Why I choose Colmex Pro
Activated my profile > 1 year ago but did not make the deposit since I was using another funded account platform. I burnt that one and started paper trading to improve my trading skills for several months and as I was getting ready to buy a new funded account I got a call from Murat (talking of perfect timing) who was very helpful in explaining me all the options and advantages of Colmex pro. A leverage of 6x on my deposits and no comission (vs 30% I was paying before) to be paid upon withdrawal convinced me to start using Colmex Pro and deposit my first funds. All when super smooth and Murat has been assisting me all the way and has been instrumental in setting up the broker connection within TradingView which I use for my analysis. I can really recommend Colmex Pro.

Ik ben inmiddels geruime tijd klant bij Colmex Pro en mijn ervaring met zowel het platform als de service is zeer positief. Het contact verloopt via Murat, en daar ben ik ontzettend blij mee.
Wat mij direct opviel, is zijn klantgerichte aanpak. Hij is altijd behulpzaam, denkt mee en zoekt naar oplossingen zonder te pushen of iets te willen verkopen. Dit geeft een prettig gevoel van vertrouwen en professionaliteit.
Ook qua afhandeling en geldtransacties verloopt alles soepel en correct. Of het nu gaat om stortingen of opnames, alles wordt netjes en zonder problemen verwerkt.

Great Direct-Access Broker for US stocks

Prima Broker!
Colmex heeft z'n zaken gewoon prima voor mekaar, het platform, de kosten, de multi- asset rekening om meerdere activa te kunnen verhandelen etc etc, maar bovenal hebben ze de SERVICE met hoofdletters geschreven! Ik kreeg een accountmanager toegewezen ( Murat Ucer) je bij alles wil helpen en ook vrijwel gelijk reageert wanneer je een vraag hebt, zelden zo een bevlogen en deskundige begeleiding gehad! Is dan echt alles goed? Ja, tot nu toe kan ik geen negatieve dingen verzinnen anders had ik dat zeker vermeld bij deze beoordeling.

Good support, Trustworthy
I have been trading with them the past and and lately started again.
Once used to it, the desktop platform is quite stable, but lacks some tools and has a somewhat spartan look and feel. Combined with Trading View or TC2000 there is no issue. Most people with with multiple brokers use one or two platforms for analysis anyway.
They are working on Trading View integration now (Beta testing in some countries) and that should add a lot of possibilies and make things even simpler.
Up until know they are very trustworthy with your account money, also when closing an account for once reason or another there were no problems in receiving back the account balance.
The account managers (at least my one) can always be reached and helps in any way possible.
So far very little to complain about.

Very forthcoming customer support…
Very forthcoming customer support (Murat) who offered to be available to help me. Once I had a request and it was answered within minutes during the NYSE opening times on a friday.
Also the software is very easy to understand and works perfectly. It can be customised individually for everyone's needs and it only took me a very short time to get used to it.
Over all I recommend Colmexpro 100% for trading stocks, also the major FX pairs (under 1 pib spread for EUR/USD) and Indices Futures around the clock always tradeable without fees, just a low spread.
The stock fees are good too and unlike at Interactive you don't need to have a minimum capital of 25.000$ to not be flagged as PDT.
