Kellichory ist eine chinesische Firma. Ich würde sie als Betrüger bezeichnen. Sie wirbt damit, dass es sich um eine deutsche Firma handelt, die die fraglichen Brillen hergestellt hat, wobei der Vertragspartner die Brillen nicht abnimmt und die Brillen deshalb unter Herstellungspreis verkauft werden. Alles erstunken und erlogen. Hinter Kellichory stecken Chinesen, die nicht liefern und bei denen man nichts kaufen sollte.

Extra long shipping when site says 2 weeks. Took almost a month. Tracking was never available no matter what link you click on or search other ways. Bank showed 2 different amounts that didn't show at time of purchase and was $20 more than the actual price. Customer service said it was taxes & customs fee. Over priced for crappy products. Product was NOT as described. Bounce ball too small for large dogs with ad showing softball size and spring ball is cheaply made. Thin plastic any size dog can destroy in minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Only good thing, fast email response. Next time, I'll use Temu when I want crappy product at a cheaper price.

Bought two Labubu’s which never turned up. 3 months later no action despite saying it was delivered and that they’d look into why I don’t have them. Reporting to my bank as scam/fraud to hopefully get my money back. Please don’t make the mistake I and others did in using this fraud company.

Bought via Klarna and got my money back . Fake fake fake !!! Alongside the 2 fake labubus was a bag of stones . They make their website and customer service responses appear genuine . This ain’t a Swedish company this is from China ! Totally counterfeit and one of the boxes missing the fake QR codes ! Bought via Klarna via Whop payment platform - reported to Whop also and got my money back within 3 hours ! ! Avoid avoid avoid !

Do not trust this company. The Labubu’s are fake. They asked me to ship back to them, they said they would refund the delivery costs. Did as they asked but not coming back to me. Did get my refund of £35.

Origial Ware bestellt und Fakeware erhalten, 8 Wochen Lieferzeit das aus China, keine Rückgabe möglich obwohl sie auf ihrer Seite damit werben. Finger weg hier werdet ihr abgezogen!

Bought 2 labubu. I asked them before purchasing. Are they real. They assured me they are real. I paid. They got delivered. They are fake. I told them they re fake. Asked for a refund. They want me to pay the delivery back to them. It cost more than the doll. Please please. Do not look further with this company. It’s a scam.

Købte en labubu som er falsk , henvender mig på mail da de garantere den er ægte men hører intet , dagen efter skriver jeg mail hvor jeg intet nævner om falsk labubu men derimod skriver at bamsen har mistet hovedet , så svarede de med det samme indtil jeg skrev at det var den falske labubu bamse …. Snyd og bedrag hele vejen igennem , de skriver også de bliver sendt fra Sverige og leveres i løbet at få dage , vores kom fra Kina og var en måned om at komme frem …

Betrügen hoch 10 !!!!! Bitte nichts bestellen!!! Abgebucht und Ware NIE erhalten!!!! 10 emails habe ich bis jetzt schon geschrieben , nichts !!!!!

Labubu oli väärennös. Sähköpostilla onnistuu vaihtaa viestejä, Nettisivut ja nettikauppa katosi. Pyysin palutus tietoja. Tuote lähetetty Cheerful technology, 1934 NBX Remailers Belgium osoitteesta tullut. Maksoin tuotteen Klarnan kautta ja tein sitä kautta reklamaation. Toistaiseksi maksu on pysäytetty.

Have been asking for refund information for over a month, nothing has been sent.

Complaint Regarding Damaged and Fake Item – Request for Immediate Resolution

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order. After an unacceptably long delay, I finally received my package – and I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.
The shipping box arrived damaged.
The item you sent is not a genuine Labubu but a counterfeit.
The keychain itself is broken and unusable – it cannot even be attached to a bag.
The item I received does not match any of the characteristics of an authentic Labubu.
This is completely unacceptable. I have already disputed the Klarna invoice, as I have not received the product I ordered and paid for. I refuse to settle the invoice within 7 days under these circumstances.
I demand the following:
A full refund of my order OR shipment of a genuine, undamaged Labubu as originally advertised.
Clear written confirmation on how you will resolve this before the Klarna payment deadline.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused by the excessive delay, damaged packaging, counterfeit product, and broken keychain.
Please respond immediately with a concrete solution. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter further, including reporting the counterfeit product to Klarna and the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Ich habe Mitte Juli ein Set Labubus bestellt. Die Lieferung kam nach knapp vier Wochen aus China über Amsterdam. Netterweise lag zu den gefälschten Artikeln noch ein Säckchen Steine mit im Paket. Collectory bestreitet die Fälschung nichtmal, sie bestehen aber auf einen Rückversand auf meine Kosten. Diese würden dann angeblich nach Prüfung der Ware erstattet. Finger weg von diesem Händler. Allerdings ist die Seite mittlerweile ohnehin offline.

Mittlerweile hat Collectory wirklich eine Sendung auf den Weg gebracht. Ich hatte über Amex gezahlt. Mir wurde geraten die Annahme zu verweigern da dann das Geld zurück gebucht werden kann. Wichtig: Nehmt die Ware bitte nicht an. Eine Rücksendung wird nicht funktionieren, da man nicht weiß wo man die Sachen hinsenden soll und auch keine Info dazu bekommen wird. Ein Rückversand nach China wird teuer werden. Ich habe mein geld über Amex erstattet bekommen...also nicht annehmen. Es sind Fakes.

Bitte nichts von der Seite kaufen! Auch wenn die Seite gut gemacht ist.
Sehr enttäuschend.
Viele Versprechungen, aber nichts dahinter.

Gegen meine Erwartung und gegen ihr Versprechen, dass es Originallabubus von Pop Mart sind, ist es eindeutig KEIN Original. Und dafür einfach überteuert und eine Abzocke!!!

1. QR Code auf der Verpackung funktioniert nicht
2. die Farbe der Zähne ist abgenutzt
3. Farbkleks auf der Augenbraue
4. schlechte Verarbeitung des Plastiks auf dem Fuß

Für den Preis ist die Qualität einfach zu schlecht.

Ich habe den Preis bezahlt, weil die Retoure sicherlich nicht so schnell sein wird, genauso wie die Lieferung.

I placed an order received a fake tracking number, So I contacted them and they told me it was a real tracking number. A couple of weeks later the items arrived and you could tell straightaway they were fake just by scanning the QR code on the box.

I told them I wanted to return the items and is all I kept getting back was them telling me they are genuine. Lucky enough I started a chargeback claim with my bank straight after I placed the order after seeing the reviews on here. I can now confirm my bank has reimbursed me my money after showing them all the evidence that I had.

I would urge everyone else to do the same.

There was some issues with the tracking code. There was no updates about the state of the delivery in 20 days. How ever, i eventually got what i ordered, so be patienced.

After waiting a month for my package and sending a message to “ customer service” , I am told the package was sent to me and I should contact my local postal service. Upon looking at the tracking provided and contacting my postal service turns out the package was never delivered and was being sent back to Collectory.
Only after I did research and shared with “ customer service” did I get a reply that I would be refunded once returned package received.
Two weeks later and I’m checking on the returned parcel to come to a page with “ unknown error” . I’ve shared the screen shot with “ customer service” not hopeful.

Update: 30.9.2025 Ich musste diese Fake Ware nicht bezahlen. Klarna hat meine Rechnung ausgebucht (Käuferschutz!!!).
Collectory.se Diesen Fakeshop gibt es nicht mehr, wo ich bestellt habe. Ich bekam eine unvollständige Lieferung mit Labubu Fakeware. Keine Originalware. Die QR Codes auf den Verpackungen funktionieren nicht. Anhand dessen sieht man, die Qualität entspricht nicht der Bestellung u. dem Angebot. Klarna hat die Zahlung gestoppt und den Käuferschutz aktiviert. Ich habe eine Reklamation gemacht, das Problem gemeldet u. den Rücksendelabel angefordert. Der Internet Ombudsstelle habe ich den Betrug auch gemeldet. Ich bringe diesen Onlinebetrug auch zur Anzeige. Diese Fakefirma kommuniziert per Email zu Unzeiten. Seriöse Shops machen so etwas nicht.

I waited over a month for my order only to receive a PACKET OF ROCKS. Yes, literally rocks in a bag. This company is a complete scam and a disgrace. They use a fake tracking company, take your money, and send worthless junk.

Their website has already been taken down because they’ve scammed THOUSANDS of people in the same way. I’ve reported them to the BBB, my bank for a chargeback, and the relevant fraud authorities. I’m also working with a solicitor — this is large-scale criminal fraud, not a simple mistake.

They steal your money, lie about shipping, and then vanish. Absolutely disgusting. If you’ve been scammed too, report them immediately so this so-called “business” can’t keep stealing from people.

Avoid them at all costs. Fraudsters, thieves, and criminals.
