PENOSO, nunca más compraremos en esta tienda, no se hacen responsables de las ventas en cuanto a la garantía de los productos, he tenido que recurrir al Sindic de Greuges (Barcelona) y al juzgado.
No os recomiendo para nada la compra el la tienda ni online. Existen mil tiendas más donde comprar los mismo productos tanto a pie de calle como Online.

I sent two messages about this. Then I contacted PayPal to stop the payment because I no longer want this shipment. There was no response from your side, but instead, on September 6, you forcibly sent the package. You ignore emails. I do not want this package. You are sending the package against my will. I have the right to withdraw from the contract. I do not want this package. Because of you, even though I will not pick up this package, I will lose money for the shipping cost.
Compré dos figuras Labubu Big Into Energy en Collect Barcelona y ambas llegaron con defectos evidentes: las patas se giran completamente y el pelo se cae con solo tocarlas.
He comprado directamente a Pop Mart en ocasiones anteriores y nunca había recibido productos con una calidad tan baja. Las figuras que recibí no cumplen con los estándares mínimos esperados de un producto original.
En mi opinión, estos productos son de dudosa procedencia, lo cual genera una gran desconfianza sobre su autenticidad.
Por esta razón, no recomiendo comprar en Collect Barcelona si buscas figuras originales y de calidad.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Labubu “Big Into Energy” figures. That said, please note that we are not an official Pop Mart distributor, but rather an independent reseller. This means we do not have any influence over the production or quality control of the items, everything is entirely handled by Pop Mart themselves.
Just to clarify a few points:
• The legs are designed to rotate, so that is not considered a defect.
• The hair texture can vary between models and may appear more fragile on certain editions, depending on the materials Pop Mart used.
• If you are concerned about authenticity, you can scan the QR codes on the box or check the figures under UV light to confirm that they are original Pop Mart products.
All of our figures come directly from Pop Mart official sources, we do not buy from third-party suppliers or unofficial channels. So, even if you had purchased these figures directly from Pop Mart, it’s very likely you would have received the exact same items, as they come from the same production line.
If you still believe the figures are defective, the best thing to do is to contact Pop Mart directly, as they are the only ones who can handle manufacturing or quality-related concerns. Unfortunately, as independent resellers, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements for production issues.
