I have had nothing but let downs with this delivery company, items are constantly lost or just dumped at pick up points so it then doesn't get scanned by staff and the tracking never updates. AVOID them. So disappointed alot of major womens clothing brands and beauty brands use them in Ireland. I now check first before ordering becasue the headache from them is not worth it.
I had a query on a package and contacted customer service five minutes before closing. I didn't get a response, so planned to try again the following day during opening hours. Instead I received an email from Jordan half an hour later with a full response and resolution to the query. The service itself was great, quick delivery, but the added customer service would make me use the service again.
I ordered a package on March 29 which was received by Coll8 on April 3rd.
On April 19th I contacted them to ask for an update on where my parcel was and they sent a message saying it had been "misrouted".
Today, I asked for another update and they COPIED AND PASTED THE MESSAGE FROM 11 DAYS AGO 😂
There are absolutely no circumstances under which I would ever trust this company with anything. They are utterly incompetent cowboys who could not care less about the level of service they provide.
The worst service I have ever used for a return. Collecting my parcel 3 weeks ago. Just keep saying it is intransit to the retailer since the 12th January
