Tried this beer at a function absolutely loved it and waited until it was available in the 5 ltr keg so i could enjoy at home . Ordered from their own website took a while to be despatched but hey it's worth the wait so didn't bother me too much.

Keg arrived chilled it down in the fridge for a couple of days making sure it was ready for the weekend and the first pint was flat!! I thought maybe i poured it rubbish nope the whole keg was flat I've emailed the company and with a automated email response from them saying someone will be in touch yet nothing in weeks. so would I recommend yes but I paid over £30 for something i put down the sink. its a great beer but buy it from your local supermarket not direct at least if its not upto standards you can kick off with the supermarket giant and i bet they act quickly with customer complaints

My Cold Town Beer order was initially only delivered in part, with the remainder apparently damaged by the courier. I have now received the full order, so the issue has been resolved.

That said, I was disappointed by the communication while trying to sort it out. In particular, the response compared my situation to expecting a refund or exchange from Primark without returning goods, which felt flippant given I had not received the missing goods at that point.

The product has arrived, but the customer service experience could have been handled much better.
