I completely botched a loan I was requesting by sending it to the wrong address, and they were able to track it down and get it back to me.

Customer service was immediate. I sent funds to wallet with wrong memo and I was helped and all was well.

My loan was liquidated after dropping $0.01 in price? Most of their reviews are fake this company is a scam Do Not Use their platform they are not regulated they need to be audited and shut down!

So far so good, Since June 2024. Any issues are promptly addressed by customer support or the dev team for any ui issues I've had. Some delays in & out of platform but a quick chat usually gets CS to speed up execution.
As long as you maintain your loans properly & have auto top up set you will not get liquidated, I can attest it works flawlessly. You never know When the market will give you a fresh bottom even in a bullrun, lol. I recommend 65% LTV or lower if your not going to pay close attention to your loans.
I have a substantial portfolio value on CR & a couple friends also that dwarf mine, they've done large loans & payoffs & asset transfers back to self custody with no issues other than a short delay with one & I believe it was due to XRP ledger being down recently.

I took a loan just to test it out. It is way harder than it sounds. You have first send your cypto there. They charge a fee for that. then you take a loan and they give it to you in TRX/USDT. You have to convert that something coinbase will take like ETH\USDT. (which they charge another fee to swap) then you send it to coinbase (Another fee) Then once on coinbase you sell your crypto for USDT (Another fee) then cash out(Another Fee) All in all for a $1150 loan I paid about $50 in fees. Rip off. But get this I tried to pay off the loan it said the balance was $1155 I paid that and was left with .01 to repay. They would not release my loan until I paid the .01 which I had to transfer a coin from coinbase (another fee) , payoff my loan and send my crypto back to coinbase. (Another fee) THey rape you with fees.

Easy and straightforward!! Would highly recommend but don’t go crazy on the LTV. Stay safe at 65%.

Coinrabbit have alot of technical issues especially when market crashes and you get close to liquidation, issues transferring collateral in , issues with google authenticator , they have a very clunky way of taking out loans and paying back , have to send funds to various wallets different addresses , very time consuming and nothing like binance , they are not doxed either , the other issue is you can over collateralise loans when market dumps but you then cant take part of your collateral out when it goes up , you have to pay whole loan off , then you have to put in your external wallet address and wait for them to transfer out ( not just case of sending funds and getting immediate access to your crypto in wallet on coin rabbit , i have used them alot and been liquated alot , which is not their fault but just be aware when taking loans out its risky

Been using coinrabbit for awhile now. Loan process is very simple to use and quick. Had one issue getting a crypto off, but with help of Ollie it was quickly sorted. Would recommend them for anyone looking to use crypto for loans.

Great experience with Coinrabbit. Took 2 crypto loans. Any time I had an issue, their service team was quick to respond and resolve. When I paid off the first loan I had my crypto back in my wallet in a matter of minutes. Great service. Will use again in the future if I need a crypto loan.
