I had issues with my 2FA. For 2 weeks I could not figure how to put it on. Support stayed patient to fix the issue with me. VERY SATISFIED with support and the service for backed up loans

Customer service is above and beyond
The ability to utilize my crypto without having to sell it is absolutely amazing. The process is very simple and easy. I recently had an issue where I sent coins on the wrong network. I figured they were just lost as it was my own fault, but customer service actually reached out to me to get the issue resolved and the coins were back in my wallet in less than 24 hours. Great customer service!

Great platform, accidentally transferred my funds to their wallet, however the team helped me through to redirect the funds to my exchange by going above and beyond. Their support is enormous.
