In the middle of the night, at 02:26, an SMS is sent that the asset will soon be liquidated. Then at 02:30 the position was automatically liquidated. How should one please manage to increase the security in 4 minutes, if the position is closed in the middle of the process?

I have never experienced this with Nexo, for example. The information about the upcoming liquidation came much too late, so that no one could intervene at all.

Also, there is an extra fee for each action. A fee is charged at the time of admission and all interest is charged in advance for the entire month. If you increase the collateral, there is an extra fee. If you pay back the loan, there is an extra fee and the transfer costs.

All in all, I am not convinced.

After I spoke with Alex from customer support again, everything was then clarified to my satisfaction.

The loan was reopened and the liquidation was reversed. Thus, I was able to deposit additional collateral.

Thus a WIN-WIN for both sides.

I just made a loan here and i understand that in the next 24 hours my collateral will be returned to me and my loan repayed

I trust more CoinRabbit, than my own traditional bank in Brazil. Their support was always super agile and efficient. Had 2 small issues, while using the platform. One in the interface and the other with a delay in a deposit; but both problems were solved quickly and effective. I don't mind they are an anonymous team, and I like that they respect their customers privacy also. Funds can be tracked on-chain and they don't use customers funds like many other platforms do.

They gave me a refund to a wallet they *knew* was not the right cryptocurrency. so the funds are now lost and they refuse to help.
They knew the whole time I was using BUSD, but they still gave it back in BNB and, in fact, they *asked* me to give them the original (BUSD) wallet address too, after I made it perfectly clear I was talking about BUSD (Eth).

I do only lending, and it s perfect... deposit, withdraw at anytime any amount sinc 6 months now.
The interest rate change, but still pay... and any way can withdraw if you are not happy with.
deposit is just use for borrower and stay in the app (no gamble on celcius, nexo etc...)

Scam. They froze and took ALL of my crypto assets. Please watch out.

Due to the situation that happened with Celsius, I had strong fears that the same thing would happen here and the withdrawal operations would be blocked or smth like that. But this did not happen and, after a detailed dialogue in support with the guys, they explained in detail why this could not happen for them by any chance. I have checked and made several withdrawal operations over the past few days and everything went well. I will wait out a little tense situation on the market and will definitely continue to use the service. Right now, awesome job.
