I initially had a positive phone call regarding the renewal of my mortgage, during which I was asked to provide a range of personal and financial information. I submitted everything that was requested, as you would normally expect during this process.

Unfortunately, after sending all of my documents and information, I heard nothing further. I followed up by both text message and email but received no response, which I found very disappointing.

What concerns me most is that the company now holds a significant amount of my personal information, yet I have had no communication about my application or what will happen with the data I provided. A simple update or acknowledgement would have gone a long way.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. Better communication and follow-up are essential, especially when clients are asked to share sensitive personal information.

I cannot recommend the team highly enough! Ryan, Megan, and Dani were absolutely outstanding in helping me secure a second charge mortgage to clear my existing debt, something I had been struggling to achieve elsewhere. Where others couldn’t help, they stepped in with confidence, expertise, and genuine care.

We had a challenging remortgage which involved a housing association. As a single parent I'd given up hope of being able to buy my ex husband out of the family home. After that Chloe took over my case and was great in keeping me up to date with what was needed. I have also had a life insurance quote with Shenda, this was cheaper than I currently pay. Poor service they said we got the loan we paid £195 then the lender wanted more information we had sent them everything we had still no sign of getting our money back
