I have always had fantastic beans from coffee masters and been very happy. The last batch I had didn’t seem up to the usual standard so I contacted them and they quickly sent a new bag. Fantastic service!! Highly recommend coffee masters.

No fancy names or packaging, just freshly roasted Colombian beans to your door at a very reasonable price compared to other subscription services. Very happy with the product and service.

We’ve been buying the triple certified coffee for several years now. Great coffee at a reasonable price and in my view it’s better than popular brand shops on the high street. I love the fact that I can make changes to my order or delivery dates at any time online. Delivery tracked and always on time. Added to this we get discount via suscribe and save. Would definitely recommend!!

Good coffee for fair prices. The blends are well balanced and I get a good amount of crema from freshly ground beans.

Ordered 1883 caramel syrup. Arrived on time well package. Free 48hr tracked delivery by Royal Mail and unlike many other suppliers had no issues with shipping to Northern Ireland.

I bought Coffee Bags 100, it tastes good, but they were 99 not 100. Yup, I counted them all. Not very important, but I'm a little bit disappointed now :/

Excellent service , quality product

I love the choice of coffee on offer specially the organic and single origins that I buy regularly, I have used so many coffee providers for the last 8 years and coffee masters are far the best at all levels, the only thing I wish they can fix is when you need to get your coffee earlier or new coffee, you need to cancel the membership and change for new coffee and date, but it’s worth it

Decided to give this roaster a try. Got a pack of Peruvian and also decaf coffee beans. None of the bags has a roast date on them but based on the best before date one bag is over two month old and the second one is almost one year old. It is pretty much tasteless at this age and although you may expect something like this displayed on the supermarket shelf but if you buy directly to a speciality coffee roaster this is not the quality you expect. Huge disappointment

Ross our representative was really helpful right from the start. There was never any pressure to buy, we went to visit the showroom, to look at all ranges and taste various drinks. He broke down all the costs and made it very easy to decide. Since purchasing the customer service has been fantastic. The drinks have gone down really well with our visitors too.
