Lovely relaxing atmospher, stylish decor and very clean.
The staff are attentive, professional and friendly.
Recommend the tasty food, favourite one hunters chicken pannini 😋 and strawberry milkshake 😋
Will definitely go back now, its our favourite place.

Not a Good Experience
Visited the Wigan Store. Ordered an Americano and a Latte. The Americano was just like drinking milky water with the coffee taste very weak. Discarded half the cup contents. The latte was just luke warm from serving, after 5 mins it was practically cold. Result, half a cup discarded. Will not be returning

Our first ever Coffee House visit.. what a Joy!!
Yesterday for the first time, myself and my husband called into the Coffee House Causeway
on Wilderspool Causeway in
Warrington WA4 6PS. What a lovely experience we had. The cafe was modern, clean and bright. The tables were set out with plenty of space between them so no-one could overhear your conversation, which in itself is a rarity these days. The cafe served a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, and also provided a hot and cold menu. We savoured café lattés and freshly baked cakes. Our coffees were made true to our requests, and we can honestly say it is possibly the smoothest brand of Coffee we have ever indulged ourselves in. The young ladies who served us, Chloe and Lucy, were so friendly and brilliant. They were very busy but they made our experience so memorable. They spoke passionately about the Coffee House brand, the Company and its origins, and they confirmed that all their food is freshly prepared everyday. We can't wait to return again next week for lunch!! Well done girls and thank you!!

Shocking Customer Service
Another 6 weeks have passed, and still no response back from Coffee House. Having called them out on Facebook for poor customer service, they have blocked me!
