By far my favourite company for Churchill products! The staff really go the extra mile and take great pride in their customer service. Unfortunately two of my cups were damaged in transit so I contacted them during the festive holidays not expecting a reply until the new year, but they replied with a sincere apology and sent out some replacements free of charge. Kate Martin really stood out for me as her out of office was on but she still sorted out the replacements! A great company with great customer service that I’d highly recommend to my family and friends.
