After contract execution, the fee structure was revised significantly due to an internal “technical error” related to jurisdiction classification, effectively increasing the commission from ~14% to 30%.
The revised terms were not acceptable, and the case was not pursued further.
Communication was professional throughout, but commercial consistency between the initial offer and post-signature position was lacking.
