Great tool for smooth and consistent retro ceremonies, that helps tracking historical data and follow up on action items. Plenty of functionalities, features and great technical support.

My team and I recently discovered Codigy, and its a fantastic tool for running retrospectives. I honestly wish we had found it sooner, its very intuitive, easy to use, and much better than many other tools on the market. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great retro tool!

Our company was looking for a tool that would help teams increase their maturity by enabling self-reflection and self-development. We discover Codigy as a tool that can help us to organize and facilitate this process. After trying it with the teams, we were very happy with the results. It provids leadership insightful information on the topics that teams found challenging. At the same time, engineers were also satisfied with the tool. Based on their feedback, it helped them focus on specific topics instead of having broad discussions during retrospectives.

I believe Codigy is a great instrument that helps teams transform emotions into measurable metrics that can be followed up with an action plan.

I also want to say a big thank you to the Codigy team for being so cooperative and supportive during the trial period while we were testing the tool. They showed high openness and adaptability, making it very easy for us to implement Codigy into our company processes.

The experience with Codigy was new to our Team, we had no expectations only - simple retrospective flow. We liked it a lot because of its adaptiveness, nice design and user-friendly environment. Definitely we will use Codigy again!

I've discovered codigy just recently when I was evaluating different tools for running our retros and the amount of features you get on a free plan is just out of this world. It was everything I needed and even more:
- meeting moderation
- different templates
- finely organized actions items
- data retention
UI/UX is smooth and slick, onboarding team members was easy and straightforward. don't know what else to wish from a retro app.

Just used Codigy for the first time today to run our Sprint retro and overall it's quite fun! Thanks for building such platform, it's super useful to have something like that to make the retro more interactive/fun/while still be comprehensive

Codigy Retro made out retrospective smooth and helped to unveil interesting things to improve. It was super easy for facilitator to setup and for participants to follow (we are working in hybrid mode).
I loved the Catalog which helped our team to discuss not just random things but focus on the specific themes like "Processes we use" or "Technical debt". "Ice-brakers" feature is also noteworthy, it helps our team to cool things down, and to have some fun now and then.

After going through the flow, really enjoyed it, all the different items give me areas to think about, which allows me to remember things, i'd normally forget. And the fact that each item has the ability to add a comment is really great.
It's very nice to have a more guided way to think about the whole project rather than trying to remember arbitrary things when filling out retros in other simpler tools.

The switch from Reetro.io to Codigy was a no brainer! Our retrospectives have become more engaged, efficient, and insightful since making the switch. I love to see how our metrics change over time, and the level of customization allows us to measure the things that make sense for our team (not a one-size-fits-all). The action items keep us in line as well, and we're a better team for completing things we want to improve on.

Thank you Codigy for a tool that finally feels like one built by engineers for engineers. As an engineering manager I find it very useful and fun to use together with my team. It guides us and the experience feels like someone was reading my mind. It is pretty simple to use and straight to the point. Great job!

Using this tool was the first time I saw my team excited to do a retrospective. The structured format makes inputing data easy. The outputs are actionable and can be tracked over time. I was concerned the flow would restrict the feedback quality and discussion time, but the opposite was true – the feedback was much more detailed and it created more space for discussion. Great mix of structure and still preserving what's important with a retro, while providing crucial value add of tracking changes to how team is performing over time.

As a regular user of Codigy Retro, I can say that:
a) It helps keep important things within reach;
b) It takes the feedback seriously, constantly improving;
c) It is a tool that facilitates discussion conveniently.

So I would recommend it to small to medium engineering teams.

Finally, retro tool that does not hide valuable insights behind its UI, but gives you explicit access to your historical data and how your teams and products are progressing over time!
