Absolute nightmare don’t waste your money. I placed an order September 2021 and I’m still waiting on my dress it now January 2022!! Have emailed them and they keep sending the same message, not expecting to ever receive my order, complete scam!! 😡

This is the last email I got from them -

I’ve been waiting on my deliveries from an order made in October 21 and the only information shared is about the delay on the delivery due to COVID.

As a customer the frustrating part is the lack of option to solve an issue that it’s not mine, and the refund would be a good start!

After 3 months I’m not expecting those to arrive anymore and def not because of the delay explanation! So be careful when choosing this site to buy!

Not worth even one star.
I was to receive a leather jacket but yesterday received a clowns jacket made of inferior material. I ll send it to Vinnies

Scam....no exchange or refund for returned items. Just avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking outfits - look nothing like the pictures, sizes also inaccurate. You think you are buying from USA but it's China - buyer beware and always look up the reviews to ensure you are buying from good source - I will be in future. Do not buy from this Company!

Ths website is a fraud/scam, I ordered a dressed, and arrived different item, no option to get a refund and also took weeks to arrive the package as the company is based in China not in US as it says at their website.
Dont make the same mistake I did, dont buy anything from the is a totally scam.

Absolute scam. Came wrong colour, wrong size, rag! Absolute joke for 40 euro. Big plastic white button hanging on the front. Disgusting scam artists!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered this beautiful velvet jacket and received it yesterday and it is complete CRAP! Definitely not velvet more like a cheap felt. I emailed company and they will do nothing about it , offered me 10% off my purchase price. Complete FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I bought a dress for more than 35€. I received a cloth which corresponded by far to the photo of the purchased dress. bad length, very bad quality of fabric, to see it it is not worth more than 5€. the customer service had nothing to do with it. they proposed me a credit of 3€... so much for a total contempt

I ordered a bed a few weeks ago and still nothing even emailed them £37 down the drain 🤬😡

SCAM SCAM! SCAMMERS! Do Not Touch this company. Also known as COCOISURE. I first saw them on facebook and the clothes looked amazing. They made out they were coming from America. But in fact they come from a cheap warehouse in China. I Paid 148.00 Euros. For the biggest load of Rubbish. The clothes are cheap and Nasty and only fit for the bin. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT TOUCH. And report there false advertising to facebook.😡😡😡😡

This company is a fraud, they send out poor quality that’s worth pennies to their customers and scam them with a high price, terrible flimsy packaging and when I commented on their IG profile, they BLOCKED me, don’t ever buy from them, lesson learned. I’m fuming right now

This company wants shutting down got some clothes for £98 and they were far too small so I sent them back which cost me £25 but got no refund and that was through PAYPAL complete SHAM STAY AWAY!!!!

Do not trust this company. I ordered sandals and they were cheap and nasty. Put together all wrong. Did not fit..I ordered size 41 and 43 sent! Asked for return label (ha! Ha!) and refused. No refund as they said I got what I ordered. Well I didn’t! Trash from China via Cocoenjoy. After my complaint went to them they sent a message refusing to refund. That was a mess ..... they couldn’t even spell Bob backwards.

Ordered some boots from them for £29.99. It took about a month for them to arrive and when they did the quality was so poor. They also didn’t fit even though I used their guide and that they advised to order your usual size. I contacted them saying that I wanted to return them only to be told they don’t accept returns. Stay away!!

Lovely website ... Great clothes ... very reasonably priced. BUT ... You will wait for months and get very few of the items you ordered. Customer service ( Jessie), will offer you alternative after alternative or a refund, (less admin fee).
I spent £100 and in the end, had a grotty jumper, 3 pairs of shoes all a size too small, and a crap necklace.

Coco houses website... Ordered two jumpers in xxxl cost 50 came way too small from China.. Says you can have a refund on the website you can't after the sales person trying to dissuade you they tell you it costs more than the jumpers to send them back to China stay away from this company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will receive your purchase...eventually, but it will look nothing like what you thought you would be getting. This is a China based company with a UK website. All goods come from China and getting a refund is virtually impossible. STAY WELL CLEAR.
